Excellent sales and service. Dave Sturgeon is a honest no pressure sales person, I came in told him I wanted a new truck and didn't want to deal with... a bunch of bs. Dave made it happen with the price I was looking for with no back and forth. Communication between departments is great, I can call or text my sales guy(Dave Sturgeon) and he takes the time out of his day to talk with the service department about my issues and develop a plan for any service needed. I would highly recommend Heritage Ford great service at a fair price.

Service was great. In addition to the inspection being done efficiently, I also asked for help from the sales staff about synchronizing a new cell phone,... and they gladly showed me how to do it. I will comment that the check-in area is quite confining, narrow, and busy, and the passage from there to the waiting area crosses the traffic coming in, and the actual service bays. We own a Toyota, and their set up is much more efficiently designed! Nonetheless, the folks who helped me this week were very courteous and helpful!

When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand... the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.
