I've never reviewed a dealer before, but felt compelled to submit this one after the excellent experience my daughter and I had buying her first car at Key Honda in Rutland this September. Time was very limited as she was just here in VT over a long weekend and wanted to take the "new" car back home with her as she had been told by her mechanic back home that the high car she was driving (a gift from us several years ago with very high mileage) needed work and it wasn't worth putting any more money into it. Kyle and Eric were both extremely helpful, informative, and a real pleasure to deal with. We never felt pressured, yet things happened quickly, including making the car Certified, which, given my daughter's excellent credit rating qualified her for very low rate financing. We were very pleased with the deal we were given and she loves the car.
