This dealership damaged my car while there for repairs for a week long period. They accepted zero responsibility and are rude and disrespectful to boot. Don?t deal with them under ANY circumstances! MY OPINION

Excellent service, appointment was for oil change, the

Excellent service, appointment was for oil change, the service team performed a courtesy safety and equipment inspection a found a few minor issue that were remedied, especially a removal of the mouse nest in the cabin filter. As always, service team performance was excellent.

Not happy with service and customer service.

Not happy with service and customer service. Took 4 hours just to diagnose my issue on my car just to find out it will be $1900. I had no mode of transportation after drop off esp after I specifically mentioned wanting to wait for it. Spent $30 on Uber both ways. The excuse was there is already other waiters but I my form also had me waiting too. Jose apparentlY was too busy with other projects. Will not be coming back here. I was able to find a solution elsewhere

Service department provides exceptional customer service. I have a special needs situation at home - they always arrange for return delivery of my vehicles to help with logistics of family care.

Fantastic service!

We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle recently. They went above and beyond to work within a tight timeline and provide excellent service. We live four hours away, and would drive the distance to work with them again.

Better communication between Service and Customer

At service recommendation when I had my oil changed in July 2022, I finally bought new tires (4) in May 30, 2023. Made in appointment for 10AM. Brought my car in for what was supposed to be a 2 hour appt. Nothing was said about any upgrading in the bays. I called 2.5 hrs to check on my car. I was told there was a delay. One or more of the lifts had to be replaced, it would be ready in the afternoon. Following mails from my ONSTAR system which reports when tires are low on air, I knew they had taken all 4 tires off. My 2 hour appointment took 7 hours. I wish they had given me the option of another day. If they had done that, they could have told me to bring my Chevy reward email.with me when I picked her up.
