The surface rep was great explaining everything to me. The only qualm I had is when I called for my appointment they told me to drop the vehicle for the day and I would get a a loaner car. I asked for a Wrangler and he said "sure". When I brought my car in the service rep had no idea that I had asked for a Wrangler and one was not available

Always polite Quick and efficient I don't want to go anywhere else? I trust them

Not very friendly. No one acknowledges your presence for minutes at a time. Rejected the service feeling it was overpriced and went elsewhere.
