I went in for an oil change filter and an air filter

I went in for an oil change filter and an air filter yesterday. I thought I was done climbing under vehicles. and changing my own oil. BUT for $213.99 for an oil change and filter. I'll do it myself. I WON'T BE BACK EVER!!

The absolute worst mechanical service on the planet,

The absolute worst mechanical service on the planet, couldn't even change plugs and wires correctly, what a bunch of clowns, stay far away from Vernon Chevrolet, they are the most dishonest, unprofessional, untrained staff on the planet. They will overcharge for incompetent, shorty services, never will I utilize this dealership or refer them to anyone. I will encourage anyone thinking of having work done here to look elsewhere

MY MECHANIC WOULD HAVE PERFORMED SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING AND MADE SURE HE GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME. AND NOT CHARGED ME $179.00 THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO FIX NOTHING!!! YOU GUYS ARE A JOKE!!! SOME SERVICE CONTRACT!!! A GOOD SERVICE MANAGER WOULD HAVE WAIVED THE SERVICE!!! I'M GOING TO MY MECHANIC FROM NOW ON CANCELLING MY SERVICE CONTRACT AND SELLING MY CHEVY!!! GOOD RIDDANCE CHEVROLET!!! BILL BIGAOUETTE

Chevy Express Van

Van was in for oil and filter change and signal light bulb replacement. Had to wait for 3 weeks to get an appointment. Disappointed that the dealership no longer provides courtesy rides to work. Van worked fine when I left dealer but the next day van had to be towed back to dealer as it wouldn?t start. Starter needed to be replaced. It took 3 days to repair. The service was good but not as good as it was under the previous owner.

I got a 2016 corvette. It started running like crap on...

I got a 2016 corvette. It started running like crap on the way home. 60.000 dollar car running like crap on the way home. I stayed up all night reading about all the issues with GM vehicles. Motor and transmission failures. I called first thing in the morning asking to return the corvette and get my money and trade back. NO DEAL! They did let me have it serviced at a dealer closer to me but it's a 50/50 chance it will still fail after a triple transmission fluid flush. I'm sick over it. I can sell it but stand to loose thousands. They don't return calls, and make it very obvious that they don't care. Google search issues with GM transmission/ motors and Torque converters. Thousands of issues. Horrible devastating transaction don't buy here. They truly don't care.

Visit any other Chevy Dealer before you visit Vernon Chevrolet ( formerly Carter Chevrolet) We test drove a vehicle and put down a $5000 deposit. When we arrived at our appointment to sign all the papers, they had sold the vehicle to another customer
