It was a great experience.

It was a great experience. They did everything quickly kept me up to speed with everything and had a comfortable waiting area to sit in.

I like this dealership a lot and they repaired my car,

I like this dealership a lot and they repaired my car, which I am happy about. I bought my Buick Encore at Scranton and am happy with the car The only part that I am unhappy with is paying $212 for the diagnostic test. The diagnostic test should have been refunded when I paid $2500 for the repair. Also, I told you all what the problem was by name, turbo, when I called for the appointment and dropped the car off. I’ve been told that the turbocharger is a known problem in GM cars over 70k miles and the repair is covered in other models. Yet I still paid $212 for a diagnostic test. Do you see my point? Would you be happy about paying for this service?

Like that it is small and family owned .

Like that it is small and family owned . my only obstacle is the sticker they put on your windshield has only 5 000 miles and 6 months for the next oil change should be 7500 or when the percentage runs out

Everyone was very helpful and informative.

Everyone was very helpful and informative.. They updated me at every point of the maintenance service and it was done expeditiously. Also, the sales people are especially helpful. Steve Mazza and Dave DeLeon are the greatest!
