Recently had several vehicles stolen from there lot.

Recently had several vehicles stolen from there lot. I was interested in one of them. Was driven hard, smoked inside, external paint damage. Said only 500 off MSRP. That’s crazy. It was stolen and abused. Once the CARFAX comes in. Its value will tank! They don’t care and only want the most money. You will do better going elsewhere.

Several vehicles stolen with no discount

Recently had several vehicles stolen from there lot. I was interested in one of them. Was driven hard, smoked inside, external paint damage. Said only 500 off MSRP. That’s crazy. One of the top worst dealers in Ct

Back in February I bought a used ford Taurus. They barely worked with me on the price, I specifically told the salesman on the test drive that their were features that didn’t work. They were not corrected when I picked up the car the first time. Had to bring the car back just to have it looked into. The second time I brought it back, they finally took it to the ford dealer and had it fixed. There was trash all over the floors when I went back to pick the car up. I was told that the battery terminal covers would be fixed which they were not. I was told that it was either the part never showed or the mechanic was sick. When I confronted service on the fact that it was not fixed when they promised it would be, their response was “I don’t know” I asked for the part to be mailed to me for something that simple to install and it turned out to be the wrong part. Very unprofessional and I would highly recommend staying away from this dealer.

Worst dealership

Worst customer service and rude. Ruined our car, repair looks like a 12 year old did it. Never bring car to them again. They also used a cracked funnel and oil all over, now also on my driveway.

I wish I would have seen all the negative review here before getting involved with them but here’s a copy of the email I sent the owner “ I just wanted to let you know that I’m really unhappy with the transaction process I’m from Massachusetts and I had started a deal with Rick Mcvay I believe regarding your 2020 1500 rebel white. Done the pre approval thru Chrysler capital, did the finance application thru your website on Thursday, gave him all the information on my payout vehicle, everything he needed to start the deal. That was Thursday, I even offer him to come Sunday but he said you guys were close He just texted me this morning, saying that he was finally calling Vw to try to get the payout but unfortunately the ram has been sold yesterday and trying to put me in another v6 quad cab when I wanted a v8 crew cab. Is it how you guys do business? Getting all the person information and then try to put them on something you want out the lot? I'm very angry at your dealership this morning. That Rick guy might need to be replace by someone who actually care about internet sale and don't take 6 days to get a payout... Thanks for nothing ”

bring your business elsewhere!

Buying a car from Artioli has been an absolute chore. It took them over 2 weeks to get the paperwork right, over 3 weeks to get the truck home, and it’s been an entire month and they still haven’t called for the “promised parts” they were supposed to replace before I even drove it home. Their communication has been horrible, they don’t call back and don’t answer the phone after the sale. It took them 5 extra days just to register my vehicle. It’s been a nightmare buying a car here. I spent $35,000 on a headache. Should I mention all the little fees they tack on at the time of sale? I do not recommend buying a car here.

Buying a car from Artioli has been an absolute chore. Jeep repaired in spite of the shop fire

My Jeep Liberty was brought there by the dealer I bought it from for repair of a coolant pressure problem , they had been working on it prior to the fire they had in the service dept and parts of it were in the fire, they were able to put a replacement engine in it and now it’s back on the road, thanks to Leo and Jen and the guys in the service dept for their effort with the main building gone they are working out of small garages and trailers on the property, not the most ideal conditions but they got it done !

I brought my jeep sahara from Artioli Dodge almost 3

I brought my jeep sahara from Artioli Dodge almost 3 months ago.Shortly after i brought the jeep the dealer had burnt down in flames.Dan my salesman had done the best he could under the circumstances.Finally received my floor mats yesterday 7/26.And i gave dan and the dealer a rating of 5.He did the best he could under these circumstances.

I brought my vehicle in for service and they were so

I brought my vehicle in for service and they were so easy to deal with. My service representative was Kimberly and she was super helpful and after talking to her for a few min a realized she really knew her cars and was very good at her job. My car was fixed in a few days ( cheaper than I thought ) and I was impressed. I would recommend these guys to anybody. Tony. AGAWAM MASS.
