Called up for a tune up and oil change. Service department was closed. Promised they would call me in the morning for a quote. No call the next day....... no big deal it happens. Get ahold of someone in service the next day. Got a quote of 240 for spark plugs and oil change. I got the service advisor down a little bit to 200 all in service parts fees tax etc...... the advisor said she would save my quote. I called today and they gave me a new quote of 250. I explained I called up last week( I work for a dealership, they don’t specialize in Chrystler 300s) and was given a price of 200. She wouldn’t budge off her number. I’m local and would like a place to trust for minor repairs and oil changes. Obv they do not care about there customers. Believe me at 200 for an oil change and change of spark plugs there is plenty of profit in there. Dishonest place and I never write reviews
A+ service. We have purchased two vehicles from Artiolis after our friends bought theirs. They all have been great!!! Would not go anywhere else ever again...... As long as they keep up the great deals and service!!!!
They convinced me to turn in my leased car 3 months early. Promised me that they would buy out the lease and I would not have to pay anything more. Turned... in the car, Leased a new one then received a bill for $700 and they will not even talk to me about it. Terrible company
Living in Oregon, I was willing to travel for the right car - and I found that car at Artioli. Rick McAvay made the magic happen. He was quick to respond... to inquiries and make the deal happen. And can you beat it...he had the car running and ready to go as soon as I got off the plane! After all the other dealerships I had contacted, Rick was a breath of fresh air - to the point, motivated, and not at all intimidated by my long distance purchase. Follow my lead - if the car you want is at Artioli, buy it from Rick! I am one extremely satisfied customer!
Artioli renewed my faith in dealerships that are not just out to get your hard earned money, just because you can't fix it yourself. Beginning experience... .. I bought my truck at Artioli and it was a rainy day when I made the deal. I came to pick it up a few days later and noticed several body dents and deep creases in the tailgate (didn't see them in the rain) I complained that I would have negotiated down in price due to these imperfections had I seen them the day I bought it. Artioli basically asked if they could make it right and could I leave the truck for a day or two.. Went back to pick it up and ALL of the body work was done ... perfectly! I have since brought my truck back for service several times for the same issue and working with the service team Dan, Pete and especially Leo the service manager, they did it again, they made it right even though my service plan was expired... no hassle, no crapola.. Just honest service and a notable willingness to keep customers happy.. Thank you Artioli you are different from other dealers hands down..!!
Great people, great service!!! Willing to work with u and they are honest people. If you need a new or used car don't hesitate to go see the good people... at Artoli!!!
I spoke with Finance Manager and went through the process to buy a car. That was four days ago. I have called twice leaving a message and speaking to a... sales person and still no contact with anyone. I am very disappointed that no one could follow thru and contact me. I have decided to go with another dealer now. Too bad I really liked the car.
oday, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from this dealership. The folks who work there are very nice and professional,... but be warned: they ARE in sales and know what they are doing! My sales person, Ralph, bent over backwards to get my business. Pun intended...as the poor guy had to go to an emergency chiropractic visit when he twisted his back...BUT he still came in to work and was there to help me with all my probing questions. A+ customer service just for that! Since this is a business, they exist to make a profit. This goes without saying; you must be a savvy shopper. Ask questions and don't be afraid to negotiate. I am a very picky and critical shopper, which is the only reason I didn't give this dealership 5 stars. I don't like the typical little white sales lies, but I understand that they don't have time to put up with every little objection someone may have (I work in sales too-- I get it). So I don't blame them for that. However, there was one thing that I didn't like that was eventually made right. I understand that until the vehicle is sold, it is their property and they can do with it what they wish. They put on their website that the vehicle had 41.370 miles. However, it was used by the dealer for a runner/errand car and 500 miles extra was put on it by the time I bought it. They made it right though when I complained. Otherwise, the process was quite simple and even after the sale, I was treated with the same courtesies as before because they want my business back. Oh, and of course I did an online search of the vehicle I bought...a NATIONWIDE search, and couldn't find anyone selling the vehicle I wanted even close to the price with the features the car had. So, good on them for great value as well.
The team of Gary and Chris, was awesome. I needed a newer vehicle and they did everything they could to make it happen.
