Lia Nissan Sevice overcharges and Manager is rude and disrespectful of customer. In this example they charged 2.5 hours of work for what really took less than 1.5 hours. Their response : “we go strictly by the book”. Suggestion, find an Honest service station and skip Lia Service.

My service advisor is Daniel Morrow he is excellent, great customer service, super at explaing details, listening and understanding customers. My situation was not an easy one, unfortunately I wasnt so easy to listen to at times but he was Danny was perfect, and professional at all times.
