This was my second time visiting for AC issues in about a

This was my second time visiting for AC issues in about a month’s span, and both experiences were disappointing. The service advisor’s whole demeanor was as if he didn’t want to be there from the moment I walked through the door. He was rude, unprofessional, and it made me feel overall very uncomfortable when I couldn’t afford the $289 diagnostic fee the first time. When I returned the second time, he loudly announced the fee again, and of course, other people were around, which made me feel embarrassed and once again very uncomfortable. After waiting three hours, I was quoted nearly $3,000. I declined and went to get a second opinion from another shop. I paid $40 and found out nothing was wrong. Turns out I was just using my AC controls incorrectly. This place wasted my time, clearly lacks integrity and customer care. I actually bought my car from this place in cash, in full, and had planned on returning in the future to buy my next one. But after that experience, I don’t even want to come back here. Very disappointing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership, primarily due to the behavior of the service advisor. He was unprofessional, unfriendly, and overall unpleasant to deal with. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear lack of courtesy and communication. Absolutely no effort was made. The entire interaction left a bad impression, and I have no intention of returning. There are plenty of dealerships that understand how to professionally do their job and treat customers—this is clearly not one of them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and so are all of the people who I’ve recommended.

I asked on the phone and in person multiple times for the

I asked on the phone and in person multiple times for the price and all were evasive on the cost of the key. Only price quoted was the labor. No one could tell me the price of the key. I found out upon payment it was 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF LABOR! That was intentional and xx GAMES AT MY EXPENSE! If you wanted to xxxx off a customer…mission accomplished! The money wasn’t what pissed me off, it was the intention behind the deceiving information and not being forthcoming. I was also told 30 minutes. Neither true. Good job on losing a customer.
