    Dont get ur car service here they just try and rip u off . Spen 2grand in less then 5 days and they did not even check battery .. they dont have any kind... of customer service and don’t understand the pain of there customers . Highly recommended that get ur car service at jiffy or ur mechanic here they dont know any thing about ur vehicle.

    Honda on Grand went above and beyond! The used car market is tough to navigate to say the least. They didn't pressure, just presented a quality product... that they stood behind and Worked with us with any issues we had. So happy with our purchase!

    Test drove a car came back to buy it called before I came back was told the car was there when me and my 60 year old mother drove over an hour to get there... they told us we don't have the car we sold it yesterday but we have this other one for $3,000 more and the next morning I looked on their website and saw the same car for less than what they were charging me. These people don't have it together and the only person there who was decent his name is Jerry I believe

    This is my 7 Honda. Every single time I searched around for the best price and at the end I end up at Honda on Grand. Save yourself the time and money.... Call them first! Keith hooked me up, again. They really take care of there repeating customers. That's why I keep coming back.

    Bought a certified pre owned Accord Touring car because although we've owned Acura vehicles in past we were disappointed in the new designs and lack of... duel exhaust and the horrid "pleather" seats. The fully loaded V6 Touring Accord fit the bill instead and aside from the usual finance guy annoyance (every dealer has to try and squeeze what they can so no blame) the buying experience and sales staff was great. I highly recommend this dealership.

    Don't waste your time,go somewhere else!!! I took my Hanna (still under factory warranty) for a wheel bearing replacement and after THEIR diagnose, there... was a problem with my tires,even if my mechanic said it's a wheel bearing and carmax service department...so I came to Honda on Grand and waited almost 3 hours for nothing. After 2 hours I got bored and went to showing room...my mistake because I saw how one of the workers was driving my car like crazy...I'm really curious if he's disrespecting his car like that also!? Another thing...English is my second language so of course I have an accent... Robert Borre who took care of me today had definitely problem with it as also with purchasing my car at carmax. Mr Borre...please leave your comments to yourself! If you don't know how to work with people,go and work with machines! I won't go back there ever again!

Although you didn't have an appointment,... to the best of our ability we tried to service your vehicle in a timely manner. We had one of our best technicians address the concerns with your vehicle. He determined it was cupped tires making the noise in your car. It was communicated to you that it was not covered by warranty. There wasn't a fee for the time it took our technician to diagnosis the problem.

    After searching for the car we wanted I found they had the new Odyssey I wanted in stock. Other dealers had the car but would not give me a exact price... or wanted me to come in first. I called and spoke to Julio who was able to give me the lease payment I was looking over the phone without the hassle of coming in to get the price first. I live over 30 mins away from this dealer and was able to come and purchase the car later that night. Julio was outstanding and made the process easy. He had the car and paperwork ready to go when I walked in 45 minutes before they closed. We didn't have to go through the process of "come in and we can talk price". They truly understand how people purchase cars today. If you are looking for a great deal without the hassle go there. I also highly recommend Julio to work with. Thank you and very happy with process and service

    For the third time, I have to wait for 2h 39min. For a simple oil change.They give priority to those paying more expensive services. I've a collection... of apologies and free car washes cards. My time is money. Good to improve the waiting area, wrong not being able to provide service in a timely manner. Understaffed, disorganized or just careless costumer service....

    We bought a crv from them about 2 years ago.Sales department promised us the world if we ever needed to have car serviced.(free pick up and delivery).And... rental if needed .We purchased the very best warranty available from them.Brought the car in for recall and they said it needed brakes,so I told them that they just sent us a $50..00 off coupon off on brake service so go ahead and do the brakes.Had to wait 2 days for parts for the recall.Had to wait for rental car approval.Nothing but a big run around..Finally got the rental.Went back 2 days later to pick up car and they told me they didnt want to honor the 50.00 coupon because i had other work done on the car..??They eventually honored the coupon after I argued with them in the showroom.after i paid them they threw the keys to me and told me the car was in the lot.Finally found the car and it was filthy.Way dirtier than when I dropped it off..Very Poor customer service and WILL NOT do business with them again..
