Great service

I love the service department Mike keeps me updated as to what needs to be done and he always makes me feel like I'm the most important person he has dealt with all day. Mike also tries to keep the cost reasonable. I also want to thank Jose he knows me and they give me personal attention

Poor Customer Service

Rude Customer service manager Mike Fedikovich. Bring my 2001 Acura MDX for dinostic and charge me $119. After all it wasn't the part that they told m . I return and they said I'm sorry and they told me it was another one and it end up it wasn't that ether. Now I have spend $150 extra and my problem wasn't resolved. Left the truck for 2 day and now it cost me $575 more. Hope is this last part the right one because if it's not we are going to have a long talk. Jordan Knowles is real nice guy. He is the assistance manager.

Great Place to Buy a Car

Purchased a new TLX from Antonino Acura this weekend. I can't believe I am surprised to be writing that it was a great experience dealing with Antonino Acura, but it truly was. I dealt with two people in sales - Ron Roman and Justin Fortier. Each was extremely helpful and gave what was the best answer for what my needs were. They each patiently explained various features and the price was excellent. Justin didn't end the transaction as soon as we paid - he stayed with us and showed my wife how the various and impressive technologies worked - he actually seemed to enjoy his job. Thanks Ron and Justin. I appears that great service is part of the culture at Antonino - I ordered a couple of accessories from parts and Skip was very helpful. Thanks Antonino providing such great service.

Impeccable Service From Start to Finish

Initially, I came to Antonino Acura to service my previous vehicle, a 2013 Acura RDX. I was greeted in the parking area where I was unloading my infant daughter and putting her into her stroller. The sales associate, Jose Bocachica, was exceptionally helpful in escorting me through the facility doors and guiding me to the service area. During the wait for the vehicle service to be complete, I found myself asking the staff questions and comparing dream cars. I asked about the latest RDX model and was given an introduction to a stunning 2016 RDX in the adjacent lot area. Needless to say, I don't foresee and service needs in the near future because I ended up leaving my old 2013 RDX at the dealership and drove home in my new car. I am elated that I stumbled on impeccable service and a note worthy staff because I had not planned on discovering my new Acura RDX, "White Lighting", that particular day. Given my extenuating circumstance, Tony, Jose, and their finance personnel were able to streamline my buying process as well. This car is undoubtly graced with good karma. Thanks Antonino Acura!

A Pleasant Buying Experience

Contacted The dealership online and received an email response within hours. Met with Chris who was covering for Justin. He showed me the cars I wanted to see and took us out for a test drive. Chris was knowledgeable and with the help of Tony the Sales Manager and Mario the Finance Manager, we were able to put a satisfactory deal together. I took delivery the same day of a 2012 Acura MDX. So far so good. Thanks.

costumer service is not good

How you ask for money to hold a car n then sell it to somebody else? 8,000 down payment on a 13,000 dollar car? It makes no sense, I can buy the same car for $8,000 on the street no strings attached. The reason we come to a dealer is because we don't have enough to buy it cash.. overall worst customer service ever. The sales associate was great the rest of the crew not so great.

Service Review

This app does not function correctly. Terrible and frustrating actually. Tried to answer 4 for quality of repairs and facilities but it would not allow it! It kept toggling between 1 star and not applicable. Anyway Jordan was very helpful.

Great service, as usual

Brought my 2007 Acura TL in for routine maitenance. Jordan was his usual helpful self in scheduling the visit to fit my schedule and getting the car in and out quickly and courteously. I bought the car new in 2007 at Antonino and have been very happy with the car and the service ever since.
