Amazing vehicles, even better sales staff!

I am from New Jersey.

I am from New Jersey. bought a used vehicle from Jose Cancel long distance and the entire experience was great! I may have been a bit picky, wanting every documentation I could get and had him take video, pictures and even demonstration of mechanical and engine parts. Jose did not once refuse a request and the whole process went as smooth as silk. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Jose!

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything in my lifetime!!!! I highly advice to stay clear of this dealership! I work in sales, and I have never seen such awful customer service. The vehicle I purchased 2.5 weeks ago is still not ready and I have been without a car! They did not give me a rental and I have been shuffling around my extended family's vehicles in order to be able to simply pick up my son from preschool, plus have missed out a number of work opportunities because of this inconvenience. I have left multiple voicemails for the sales manager, because he does not pick up his phone, but he never calls back. My husband and I have received different stories from different salesmen about what is going on with the vehicle over the 2.5 weeks we've been waiting for it. The first story was that a sensor light was on in my 2020 Lincoln with 30k miles on it, then they couldn't override it, so they had to send it to a local Lincoln dealership, then the Lincoln dealership isn't servicing it in a timely manner, then they need to order a new part, then they the part is taking too long to come in, then the part didn't fix the sensor, but did it?, now they need the Lincoln dealership to install it, the Lincoln dealership isn't providing them with answers - it has been a circus act. I have asked to be compensated for the inconveniences they have caused me, they said there's nothing they can do. We paid full price for the vehicle and never even haggled them on the price whatsoever! Not to mention, the purchasing process was so disorganized and dysfunctional. We set an appointment up with someone for a Monday at 4 p.m., the salesman we set it up with wasn't there and no one knew of the appointment, they would not negotiate or provide any incentives on the purchase, so we agreed to pay full price. We also had already sold my previous vehicle and had a check for them right there and then. They only had one finance person working, who seemed to not know what he was doing, because we did not leave until 8 p.m. They actually locked the doors and closed the place up with my husband pacing around inside waiting for answers. My two toddlers, and I were left starving, waiting for hours, in my husband's truck. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, go elsewhere! They clearly throw vehicles on the sales floor that need servicing, if that is even true, and provide atrocious customer service. The most careless, disrespectful, mismanaged car dealership I have ever come across!

They cheated me out of 1700 I paid towards my trade in

They cheated me out of 1700 I paid towards my trade in that had not posted. They told me I would be credited the difference since it had not posted. Then they just paid 1700 less for my trade in and kept the difference.. I can’t stand liars!!

Pricing changes after agreement made

Good selection, large quantity of cars for your needs. Went in to check out a car and was instantly pressured to buying the car immediately. I notified them that I was ready to look at the car and they raised the price before my visit, then after getting a verbal agreement they raised the price again after I left. Shady and poor business practice, very disappointed in their process and business model.
