I had a very disappointing experience with Brustolon

I had a very disappointing experience with Brustolon Buick, especially regarding their lack of communication and transparency. The dealership failed to keep me in the loop throughout the process, which led to a lot of frustration on my end. To make matters worse, they unexpectedly increased the asking price simply because I chose not to finance the car through them. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic and left a bad impression. The advertised listing also failed to mention that the car only came with one key. This kind of omission is critical, as replacement keys can be expensive and inconvenient. Furthermore, my salesman, Greg, insisted that every purchase required a $499 documentation fee, stating it was non-negotiable. Later, I discovered that this was, in fact, negotiable, which made me feel misled. Overall, I would not recommend Brustolon Buick due to their poor communication, lack of transparency, and the feeling of being nickel-and-dimed throughout the process.

I brought these issues to Greg's attention immediately. I called several times and he either said that there is nothing he can do or ignored me. I also let him know that the vehicle transport company he vouched for had cracked the windshield of the car during the transport. I found a transport for $1,700 and he insisted I use the company he recommended because of their trustworthiness despite the fact that it cost several hundred dollars more. I received zero updates during the transport and the car was delivered to me at 11PM in pitch dark with a cracked windshield in hopes that I would not see the damage. In any event, the transport company is also refusing to pay for the full cost of a replacement windshield. As for Greg, he told me that he had checked with his superiors and was told that there was nothing he could do. He kept saying that you deliver the cars with the same number of keys you receive. He did not understand that my issue was with the fact that the fact the vehicle had just one key was NOT disclosed in your advertisement. To get a second key from Porsche, it cost me $642.02 for the transmitter plus $260 to have it programmed. Between this, the windshield ($1,500), the $499 "non-negotiable" documentation fee, an additional $1,000 added to the price because I didn't finance through you, and the several hundred dollars I paid more for the transport to get a "reputable" transport service which was anything but that, I lost more than $4,000. Contacted Brustolon through cars.

Contacted Brustolon through cars.com and salesman Dani returned contact by calling me with details on the car I was interested in. Went the extra mile taking videos and emailing them to me. This was a great help considering I lived 6.5 hours away. Financed with the dealership and in 3 days we drove and picked up the car. From start to finish Dani was great to work with. Financing was easy. The car was in the excellant condition that Dani described to me. Always hesidant buying used but was offered recertification at a reasonable price and felt my total deal was at a great price. Thanks Dani for helping me buy my new to me low milage sports car!

Fast talkers especially to a woman.

Fast talkers especially to a woman. Had an appointment and even called to say I would be late. Car is being driven by owner. Wasn't even ready for me to view. Has over 2000 miles than listed. Deep visible scratches on passenger door and hood. Would not budge on price for either things

We traveled to Brustolon from RI because they had a great

We traveled to Brustolon from RI because they had a great selection of used trucks. We found one that we loved and were ready to buy, but ultimately walked away due to their shady finance tactics. We purchased a truck the next day from Nucar in RI because there were very transparent and treated us respectfully.

I have been searching for a Corvette for about 2 years.

I have been searching for a Corvette for about 2 years. Came across a beautiful Corvette with an unique color. Contacted the dealer and Mr. Arvy Samis responded quickly. He was very professional and explained the process for buying the Corvette, since I am from out of state. We schedule an appointment. Two days later I arrive for the appointment and the car was out front, clean and ready to go. There was no surprises all went well. I would recommend Arvy, and give him 5 stars.

Worst experience!

Worst experience! We found a vehicle online we liked. Test drove it. We went back to talk about the price that was advertised. We were told they do not negotiate prices. They would not give us an out-the-door price. Sent us to the finance department, who was rude and very unfriendly and gave us a ridiculously high interest rate despite an A+ rating. They miscalculated payments and fees, and the salespersons became agitated when we opted out of their 'fixed' fees that are optional. Then, when we offered the vehicle's asking price and were willing to pay in full, with no financing, the salesperson changed his tune and said he couldn't give us that price unless we financed through them because the advertised price included incentives - what a racket! We spent almost 4 hours there, and no one ever mentioned that the price listed would be different if we didn't get financing from them! We walked out. What a horrible place to do business. The salesperson lacked math skills and knowledge about what he was attempting to sell. It was not our first atrocious experience here, but we opted to give them a second chance. Never again!
