Rich Burdick @ Falveys Norwich CT

I was at Falveys on a very busy Saturday. Everyone was very courtesy. My salesman was Rich Burdick. He was extremely patient and helpful. I PURCHASED A 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. Rich explained everything thoroughly in words you could understand. When I picked up my new vehicle, he explained each paper I had to signore for financing and registration. He assisted me with programing my new vehicle and explained each feature. I was extremely satisfied with Rich and would not hesitate to recommend him and Falveys to a friend.

Helpful For First Financing

Staff very knowledgeable about vehicle and recommended regional financing options. Made it possible to test drive, purchase, and drive home with the vehicle - all in one visit.

Best customer service from Sales i ever Experience

My wife was in the Market for SUV with third row seating. We did research on the 2018 Dodge Durango and decided that this Suv had everything we were looking for. When we visted Falveys we were greeted by Richard Burdick. I would like to say a couple things about Rich and the experience with our Vist. My family was treated like i had been part of the Falveys automotive dealership for years. The buying experience was handled so professional we were saying to ourselves this is way to Easy something cant be right. But we were wrong. Falveys and Rich Burdick will have my business for many years to come. Keep up the great work. Thanks Startz Family

Jeep Renegade

TJ was my salesman. He was great! He didn't rush me, took the time to listen to what I wanted. Showed me vehicles I might be interested, and let me take take my time in choosing the one I wanted.

Best experience EVER for buying a car

I have purchased over a dozen cars in my lifetime and this was by far the most pleasant experience. I bought the car based on a search on the internet. The dealership worked out the details of registering it in another state and had it delivered to my driveway! And then followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied.

Great experience! Ossie was a wonderful salesman.

Found a vehicle online that I liked, they followed up and scheduled a test drive and I was sold on the test drive. Ossie was kind and thorough with his explanations. The credit experience could have been more efficient and effective. I am not a fan of shoving a client from one person to another; I think that they should show what lenders were contacted, what they offered and why the dealership selected one over the other and I think that the documentation prep could be quicker and more effecient. If the salespersons had tablets linked to the server, information could be entered once, checked for errors and omissions and used to create loan and credit documentation and sales and service records. In my opinion, a relatively small investment in technology could greatly enhance customer service .

Excellent Buying Experience

T. J. Falvey went over and above what we expected from him to get us the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited that we wanted. He searched with his managers out over 100miles to track it down. He was able to get the exterior color we wanted, the interior colors, and the special packages we wanted. It took some time, but there was no high pressure to buy something that they already had on their lot. T. J. was able to get some additional discounts and incentives that , along with our great trade in value contributed to a fantastic out-the-door price. T. J. answered all our questions on the new car so there were no surprises on delivery. We would certainly recommend T. J. Falvey to anyone who is looking for a dealership that gives you respect, courtesy, and a genuine passion for giving you a remarkable deal and a very pleasant buying experience. We look forward to having Falvey's of Norwich, CT handle our future service needs and our future vehicles.

Terrible Customer Service!!!

They are horrible when it comes to telling the exact and accurate truth about what needs to be done to your vehicle. They tried to take advantage of a situation and lied about it. Avoid their service director and service reps. Only ones with integrity is TJ Falvey and their office clerk.

Excellent Buying Experience

T J Falvey was a very thorough sales person. He went over and above what we expected. Double checked EVERYTHING to be sure we got what we wanted in a new car. Price was right. Kept his word on promises, and we will be back again for service and future vehicles.

Terrific buying experience

My wife and I went in to purchase a used car. The salesperson was very professional, knowledgeable and low pressure. The experience of buying a used car can be painful but this was a pleasure.
