Big shout out to Harte family motors JAY ANDREWS and JOHN HOSKING. First impressions are lasting impressions, and each subsequent minute spent at dealership reinforced my feelings. These are good guys not vultures. I didn't see salesmen, I saw men in their zone, in their workplace. It's a dealership, it's about sales but these guys helped me to the best of their ability all across the board. With no pressure. I will forever be grateful. And I can't forget GLEN. Took me out for test drive and was patient and kind without putting on brakes in the passenger seat. I sincerely hope Harte realizes they have an amazing crew of men over in the used car division. They work well as a team and most important to me is the fact that they're kind respectful and HUMAN.... not sales vultures.

Great experience purchasing a used vehicle.

Recently purchased a Nissan Rogue with my son, the experience that I had was pressure free, David Archer made this easy and painless, we have had our car for 8 months and any questions we had, David was easily accessible and answered fully. I would highly recommend Harte Auto Group.Thank you David.

Bought my last vehicle from Harte (2016)

Saw the Car. Walked in, did the test drive , offered them a reasonably good price for the vehicle I liked. Even Though I had a pre approved check they asked if they could see if they could beat the rates, which they were not able to but were able to match it. So I went with their finance. They took it upon themself to take the vehicle to my mechanic to get it inspected and did the recommended fixes that my mechanic suggested(transmission oil change and something else). This vehicle just got totaled and I 1st checked their site. However I wasn't able to find anything that interested me, this time.

Will always return

This is my second time shopping at Harte Superstore and certainly not my last. My circumstances were tough but Franco Cavallaro was helpful, kind and very honest with my decisions and all that was involved. The staff made my transactions very smooth. I would like to thank Franco and all of the staff that helped me.

Courtesy with a warranty

Mike Kowalski and the general manager Paul were relaxed, friendly and professional. Mike also was dependable in resolving a minor issue. ( Not all preowned places are. ) Very happy with the car. They actually pre-service all their cars with any needed maintenance repairs ( ours needed new brakes ), rather than just sell as-is. A 3000 mile dependable warranty distinguishes this servicing benefit, and makes the purchase a more reliable and comfortable one.

Used car purchase

I cannot say enough positive things about my car buying experience at Harte. I worked with Larry to purchase a used Nissan Rogue, and he and Paul bent over backwards to work out a deal for me. They were patient, flexible, responsive, and at no point did I feel any pressure. This was a great buying experience!

Great Car Buying Experience and Service

My wife and I recently purchased a used minivan from Harte Used Car Super Center in Meriden and it was and excellent experience. Had the van for several days now and the family loves it. Franco Cavallaro was the salesman who assisted us and he was fantastic. No pressure sales tactics, he was informed and walked us through the entire process of handling our trade and getting us a better finance rate than our credit union offered. We went to a couple of other dealers who had vehicles that were pretty dirty a not well maintained. Harte has nice clean cars. In fact the day I went to look at the van I was interested in unannounced, I didn't see it on the lot but Franco found it in their garage getting all of the preventative maintenance that it needed and doing all of their point inspections. It was great to see that they were actually doing this work and the inspections, so I can say from my experience they are doing what the say. If your looking for a nice, clean used car at reasonable prices I recommend stopping in to see Franco and his team in Meriden. A+

Ehhhh

Purchased my vehicle here 3 years ago and had a great experience buying it. I've been getting my oil change and car inspection here with their yearly plan. The only problem is scheduling an appointment to do these oil changes. When calling you better hope you get in touch with Jeff B., because everyone else will put you on hold and hang up on you. I was on hold for 15minutes and they hung up. I called back 3 times and a woman answers and puts me on hold and immediately hangs up.
