I have been purchasing cars from Courtney Honda since

I have been purchasing cars from Courtney Honda since 2008 in large part because of the excellence of their service department. They are courteous, flexible, friendly, accessible, and do excellent work. I recommend them without reservation.

Unacceptable Service

I have been leasing cars for 9 years, Honda of Milford has the worst service I have dealt with in that time. They broke a part while replacing my fuel tank (factory recall), and must have spilled gas everywhere. They returned the car to me with over-powering noxious fumes. I gave it back to them, they kept it for another week, and gave it back to me again still smelling like gas. The service manager will no longer take my calls, so I went into the dealership to talk to a sales or branch manager. The sales manager's response to my complaints was that I need to just wait the smell out, or have it detailed myself and see if that helps. The dealerships "service" for rendering my car unusable (smell is so bad it causes headaches on any more than a 10 minute drive) was that I should fix the problem they created myself.

I as treated like friend yet Ed and Mark were very professional. They stayed within my budget line and I got the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend them and this dealership highly. I love my 2020 Pilot!

Customer Service Bombed

Just had a horrible interaction with the front desk. I called to be taken off their mailing list since I now live in a completely different state and the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and it kept ringing and ringing. I called back and again, it rang and rang. She finally picked up and when I said the call must have dropped, she said that actually she had gotten all me information off the caller ID and would take me off the mailing list. Fine. However, she didn't explain any of that in our first interaction, but simply hung up. This also means that when I called back multiple times she simply ignored my call. Thank goodness such rudeness and lack of interpersonal skills only jeopardized my mailing list request and not my car.

The best honda dealer around they are very helpful and honest from sales to service to finance manager was awesome i have nothing but good things to say about courtney honda i have done business woth them many times every time they we're very helpful and not pushy at all very pleased with my experience here and will keep coming back for my cars especially a honda i would recommend anyone to this dealer.
