I am in every sense a “hands-on” dealership owner. You’ll always find me on the sales floor answering shoppers’ questions, you won’t find me hiding in the back office somewhere. I’ve even been known to roll up my sleeves and wash a few cars when the team needs me. Honda of Milford is a 2nd generation, family-owned business. My father, Stephen Courtney Senior, opened the dealership in 1986. So, you might say customer service is in my blood.

My husband and I highly recommend Honda of Milford.

My husband and I highly recommend Honda of Milford. Our salesperson Manny Santiago is awesome! This is the second car we have leased there and it is a great dealership. Everyone is friendly and respectful — especially respectful of your time. I can’t thank them enough for their great service! Thanks to the Service Manager Chris Champagne and Finance Manager Rick Miller for an easy day and my beautiful new car!

Wow these guys are great!

Wow these guys are great! From the sales staff to John Zito to Chris Champagne and even the owner Steve but most importantly " RANGER & GEORGE ". They were all amazing and it wasn't even me buying the car it was a friend of mine. Having been to a great deal of car dealerships in the area, and in particular Hondas, I can unwaveringly say that Honda of Milford is not only the most pleasant, but the staff there genuinely have the customer’s best interests at heart. Typically car dealerships aren’t the warmest of places, but I was immediately treated as a friend by Nelda and Chris upon my arrival. Nelda introduced me to Rick Miller, who not only spent a great deal of time making sure I got the best deal on my 2024 Honda Prologue Elite, but made the entire process efficient, streamlined, and fun. They are the kind of staff that make you want to pop in whenever you’re in the area just to say hi and catch up. If you’re in the tristate area and looking for a Honda, making the trip to Milford is beyond worth it; this place deserves your business. Thank you so much for your help with my purchase, team!
