    We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L from Executive Honda, and it was a great experience. Our last purchase at Executive Honda was in 2004, for... our first Pilot, which we still have (235,000 miles). We took our time deciding on our purchase, our salesperson, Rej, was very patient and helpful, getting us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressured "sales" tactics, they offered their best price first, and after visiting one or two other dealers, it worked out to be the best offer we received, in conjunction with our trade-in, a 2008 Acura MDX. We have also been servicing our 2004 Pilot at Executive, and that has always been a good experience, as well. The new Pilot has been great, a solid car with tons of safety features, and the ability to carry a lot of kids and equipment - a real pleasure to drive! Overall, a great experience!

    Great until they weren't. After 10 years of being a loyal customer their service has gone from a 10 to a 2. Whomever the girl at the front desk... is needs an attitude adjustment.

    Just purchased a beautiful Altima Coupe from Executive, and the experience couldn't have been better. Erykah Genere my salesperson was awesome, and... made the process seamless and trouble free, and service rep Linette Cardona was great to work with. All in all, what I feared would be a terrible hassle ended up being a really good experience, and I now have the car I was looking for, at a great price! Fantastic.

    We have been going to Executive Honda for 2 years and have leased two new vehicles and brought all of our Hondas for service. This is the third dealer... in the mid-Connecticut area that I have used and they are far superior to the other two in every way. The car buying process is simple, efficient, and hassle free. The service department has been reliable, friendly and reasonable for all of our needs. I would highly recommend using Executive Honda over any other Honda dealer in the central/coastal Connecticut region - hands down!
