I brought my Acura RDX for service in Feb to follow up on work done after a car vs deer incident in January. Sean (service tech) re-aimed the radar and... checked the FCW system. Yesterday my husband was driving the car (alone) and when someone ahead of him stopped abruptly he got to experience the FCW/collision mitigation system up close. It appears that the system worked as intended, maybe even saving us from yet another trip to the body shop. Just wanted to say thanks to you, Sean, and the rest of your team. This is our 9th vehicle from Executive Auto Group. Your service team (in particular, Sean McMahon) is the reason.

We recently purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L from Executive Honda, and it was a great experience. Our last purchase at Executive Honda was in 2004, for... our first Pilot, which we still have (235,000 miles). We took our time deciding on our purchase, our salesperson, Rej, was very patient and helpful, getting us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressured "sales" tactics, they offered their best price first, and after visiting one or two other dealers, it worked out to be the best offer we received, in conjunction with our trade-in, a 2008 Acura MDX. We have also been servicing our 2004 Pilot at Executive, and that has always been a good experience, as well. The new Pilot has been great, a solid car with tons of safety features, and the ability to carry a lot of kids and equipment - a real pleasure to drive! Overall, a great experience!

I just bought a used 2016 Honda CR-V from Rej at Executive Honda and I am so happy with my purchase. My car is in excellent condition and Rej was so sweet... and so helpful. It made the car buying process a lot easier. Louis was helpful as well. I would definitely recommend Hondas and this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car.

finance person at executive Honda Wallingford ct took advantage and lied to us about financing the car we bought. Found out when the credit union who financed... the car told us we were taken advantage of. We have excellent credit and we’re given a high rate and told rates are high now there were many other lies that were told to us by the finance person at executive Honda. We will never recommend or do business again with them have been speaking to consumer and elderly protection agencies to see what can be done to stop this. Also have been speaking to our legal associate about this matter.

Rej was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, helpful and professional. But, I then waited for the next person I had to sign paperwork with for way... too long. I sat for an hour in silence just waiting for this person. I couldn't even tell you his name I was so angry and frustrated. And i'm a repeat customer. You would think I would get a little red carpet treatment. Been with them for almost 7 years.

First off, I never write reviews and after leaving the dealership with a car that I absolutely love, I needed to write one! From management to my sale... representative, the customer service was outstanding. Josue knew exactly what type of car I needed. I highly recommend going to see him if you need a new car. He knows everything and anything about any car! He isn’t one of those people that just try’s to sell you anything, he really takes the time to get to know you to see what car will suit you. Miranda the business manager is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. With good or bad credit, she’ll get you approved for a car! You’ve got questions, she’s got answers! Go and see her!!! For those that have never been to this dealership, walk in and ask to see Josue, I promise he’ll find you the car you’ve been looking for!
