The service for maintance the mechanic few months ago he was horrible and not clean and fix after check my car. he caused my car problem because miscommunication and didnt check the thermostat. i went to other garage shop they found thermostat problem, at westbrook hondas didnt check thermostat and my front engine lower cover he didnt fix it clean he left fix to clean and now my front engine lower cover is gone I blame the mechanic i cant afford to fix I xxxxxx off and I will never go back there at westbrook honda for service I dont trust them. xxx !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an interest in a used Honda passport at Westbrook Honda. I inquired about the car and if there were any negotiations on the price. The returned E-Mail indicated there were not. I may not have liked it but at least I got a straight answer, and it saved me a trip to the dealership.

Westbrook Honda is superb dealership. We have purchased there before and are also now on our fourth lease. It's clean, efficient and provides excellent service. It's a forty-five minute drive to get there and it's well worth it. I am particularly impressed with the sales staff, specifically Sean Bowen. He has a strong knowledge base on the Honda line and incentives. Sean applies that with a keen sense of salesmanship. No pressure but knows how to present new ideas that the customer would not have thought of as possible. The end result is me driving home most satisfied. This time it's a Ridgeline Trail Sport-very nice!

Excellent service handling by Service Advisor Mark Stak. The recommended job was to replace the Timing Belt, water pump and belts on my 2017 Honda Accord Touring V-6 Sedan. Mark arranged me a loaner car for the day and everything went without a hitch. Thank you!
