I appreciated that our sales person did not try to high
I appreciated that our sales person did not try to high pressure us into making a decision hastily. We visited Westbrook Honda and test drove a vehicle but decided to visit other dealerships to see a variety of different vehicles. We ended up going back to Westbrook because of the sales person, Ah Young. Out of all the sales people we dealt with over the course of five days and many dealerships, she was by far the best one.

The service team went above and beyond what was expected
The service team went above and beyond what was expected to accommodate my needs for getting my car returned back to me. It was my first service call, and I was not aware of the limited time for picking up my car. Since I was babysitting my grandson until later in the day, they arranged to drop my car off at my daughter‘s house. Great service!
