Great service. We had a smell in our Honda that the technicians found the cause of and eradicated. Honda has a great service department. Friendly and knowledgeable people.

I appreciated that our sales person did not try to high pressure us into making a decision hastily. We visited Westbrook Honda and test drove a vehicle but decided to visit other dealerships to see a variety of different vehicles. We ended up going back to Westbrook because of the sales person, Ah Young. Out of all the sales people we dealt with over the course of five days and many dealerships, she was by far the best one.
