    I never left a review, but I happened to see someone else had the same issue. They were very helpful and great the day I went to buy the car. Said they... would send me a 2nd key when their “key guy “ came in the next week. Emailed and called and got run around for several months. Literally months. Then they finally agreed to pay for half of a new key if I sent them receipt. 475 for the key, I just paid for it myself and didn’t deal with them. Wouldn’t go back. I was coming from Boston, had a particular model used car I wanted.

    Bought a car however I would warn others to be careful of VIN Etching charge when purchasing! By CT law it is supposed to be optional but this dealer would... not remove this $250 fee from the contract.

    The Vin Etch charge is $199. While we pre-etch all of our vehicles for our own protection, it is certainly an optional charge to the customer if they ...wish to take advantage of that service. If that was misrepresented to you, we would be willing to deactivate your etching agreement and refund that to you.

    We bought a Traverse 2 weeks ago, we needed it for our large growing family. We did not think we would be able to buy such a big suv. our salesman didn't... force or turn us on; the SUV did that all on its own. We would 100% go back to purchase future vehicles . Not pushy met all issues pleasant to work with classy business selection "large" I wish their were more stars!!!!!!!

    When making the appointment, we were told replacing the tire would take approximately 1 hour. Actual time was 2½ hour. When told the truck was ready... it wasn't in the normal pick-up area. When we finally found it, It was outside of the bay area surrounded by a vehicle on both side and new 2018 in front. Thankfully a technician saw we were having a time maneuvering a 16' box truck in such tight area. With his help our driver managed to get our truck out without hitting anything.
