Purchased our caddilac xt6 from Michael Vargas.
Purchased our caddilac xt6 from Michael Vargas. He was extremely ,courteous and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and patient with us. His friendly attitude makes us want to let others know about our great experience. Also helpful were Mike Bartolini, business manager and Gary , the accessory guy. They made the experience a pleasurable event. Arlene and Robert Ryan.

On Saturday, June 7, my daughter and I had an outstanding experience at XXX Chevrolet. While my initial intent was simply to support her in purchasing her first vehicle, I ended up trading in my own car and driving away in a brand-new 2026 Equinox — while she purchased a 2025 Colorado. Both vehicles impressed us during the test drive. The safety features, interior design, storage space, and overall aesthetics sealed the deal for both of us. While comfort and safety were top priorities, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service we received. Steven connected us with Brian, an outstanding sales specialist who was both highly knowledgeable and incredibly personable. He built immediate rapport, listened carefully to our needs, and guided us to the right vehicles without any pressure. The process was smooth and efficient — we were both driving off the lot the same day! The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and even treated us to a delicious lunch during our visit — a thoughtful touch that made the day feel even more special. I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, but nothing compares to the level of service we received from Steven and Brian. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car-buying experience that’s professional, honest, and genuinely enjoyable. Judi and Jackie T.

Classic bait and switch - listed a car for $55,555.
Classic bait and switch - listed a car for $55,555. I was tole I had to purchase a GPS and some safety device for $1,400 or finance through them to get that price. Here is their reply... I’m a bit confused regarding the price increase you mentioned, as the vehicle is listed online for $55,555, and that has remained consistent. As for the dealer-installed equipment, on cash or outside financing deals, our pricing structure leaves us with very little room to negotiate. However, if you were open to financing through us, we’d have more flexibility to work with you on the overall deal. Regarding the conveyance fee — while I understand it may seem high compared to state averages, it is our only non-negotiable fee and is applied uniformly across all transactions. And then they said... The sale price of the vehicle is $55,555. We price all of our vehicles very aggressively up front as a volume dealership, which is why we have limited room to negotiate—especially on cash or outside financing deals. If you were to finance through us, we do have more flexibility. That’s because we work with multiple lenders who offer us incentives, and we’re able to pass those savings along to our customers in the form of a better overall deal.

My sales person, Jeremy Gambino, was great to do business with, he explained everything from beginning to end. I came back the next day and he showed me how to operate a feature on the car. I will be back when I need another car, Thank you Jeremy.

My son bought a car just nine days ago and it’s already
My son bought a car just nine days ago and it’s already not running! For $20,000 you would think that a car would last more than nine days but not if you buy it from the dealership! Stay far away!!!

I brought in my perfect 2020 Corvette with 2400 miles in
I brought in my perfect 2020 Corvette with 2400 miles in for service because the check engine light was triggered by transmission fluid debris. The transmission fluid has a usable life of three (3) years regardless of age. I was told they saw debris in the fluid but they reset the light and want me to put about 300 miles on it to see if the code comes back (waste of my time). I told them to do the complete $1300 transmission service which the service advisor was reluctant to do the job. I insisted as this vehicle is expensive and don't want to continue running it with the fluid debris that clogs actuators within the DCT transmission. The service was completed and when the car was brought around to me so I could leave, I noticed there was a foot long scratch along the left rocker panel in the paint as well as the technician tracking oil and grease all over the drivers area of the Natural dipped (tan) interior..the door, door jam, carpet, seat was completely soiled. It appeared that the technician rolled around the greasy shop floor then got into my car repeatedly. The advisor immediately took the car to the detail division and had it cleaned for the next 45 minutes. As far as the foot-long scratch along the lower left side they said they will review the video footage to see if they are responsible and call me the next day, which they did not. The video would only show what happens in the shop bay, not the fact that they drive it around the premises and test drive the vehicle on public roads to test drive. I am extremely disappointed with this dealership as I brought my expensive vehicle in for service and payed for an expensive service only to have my vehicle damaged without regard for the customer. Makes you wonder if their technician's have such a low level of attention to detail, how good can the actual mechanical work be.
