Great job and at a very timely manner, came in got an oil change and recall work done, they took care of it nice and quick aswell as notifying me of any thing they found that might of need work.

Terrible experience with Edgar Melgoza Alvarado
I've taken my Accord here for service many times. I am on the market to purchase a new car currently and I was treated like trash by Edgar. The car was listed for a certain price on the website and they were lying and making things up saying it's a mistake and wouldn't give it to me. I was told I would get a call back for a follow up on the actual price, edgar never called me so I called and left emails but he didn't respond. When I went into the dealership for second time, I asked why he wasn't replying to me and answering me, he responded saying "What do you want me to do?" I think as a professional you would answer the call and answer any call the buyer has. He was very rude to me and my family. He was giving attiude to us and didn't care about sales. I felt like they don't care about customer service and selling cars. I would never go back to this dealership ever and I would not recommend it to anyone. All the other reviews are 100% right about them. I've lost my interest in Honda as well after this experience. I am going somewhere else that treats me in a better way and the respect I should get.

No thank you. You guys ruined the Honda name for me after the terrible experience. I did not want to see another Honda after coming to your dealership. I ended up buying a Subaru where I get treated with respect. Thank you for responding to my review 5 months later.

Always take my Hondas in for service at AutoNation Ohare. Work with service advisor Char Gauer. She is the best. Very professional and knowledgeable.
