Rashinda made this whole process seamless and worry free.

Rashinda made this whole process seamless and worry free. She asked me what I was looking for and contacted me within 24 hrs and delivered something better. I didn't expect it. She stayed in constant communication and made sure I was aware of everything that was happening. Unlike my previous experience with another NY dealership. The whole team was amazing, but Rashinda truly took car of me!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I know this won't change anything at the dealership because clearly they don't care about customers but if I can deter anyone from making the same mistake of buying a used car from here than I'll be happy. I found out my car had issues less than 10 hours after I purchased it. It squealed so loud it woke up the neighbors so I had to borrow someone's car if I had to leave while people were sleeping. The car is very clearly defective (it also needed new shocks and rotors but we were told that was "nitpicking"). Worse yet: the car had an extra 300ish miles on it than the mileage we signed for and their finance guy tried to add 3k onto the price. He just presented all these papers like we weren't going to notice and when we questioned it he tried to tell us it was required by the bank. They only took it off when we went to leave. So to recap: the car wasnt as described and needs a lot of work. They tried to scam us out of 3k and they put more wear and tear on the car than disclosed. If you absolutely have to buy something from here you need to triple check everything. I got a PPI but those can only look at surface issues. Get someone who is really thorough. Trust your gut. Look over every piece of paperwork thoroughly and document everything. People we dealt with: Amanda, Zach, Earl, Alberto, and the finance guy. I dont recall his name. Alberto was the only one who seemed of any help but he's a salesman and could do very little. Its disheartening to basically be told we were overreacting twice and take it to another mechanic and see them shocked at how bad the issue is.
