Purchase experience

From the minute I contacted Greenwich Honda to the actual purchasie of the Honda Pilot it was an excellent experience. They worked to match and matched the price I had gotten at another dealership for a demo with a brand new Pilot and gave me more on my trade in. Overall I would recommend Greenwich Honda and especially Chriatian Sanchez to get the best deal and purchasing process on your next vehicle.

My second car from Greenwich Honda!

I was so pleased with great customer service Joe Viveros gave me, So i returned to get a second new car from him and it was such a easy process. I wish car shopping was that easy but if your in the market for a new car go see Joe Viveros for the best deal.

Great Service - Super fast!!!

I had a letter sent to my house hold about getting out of my lease early and getting into a new car. I met with joe viveros and sure enough he made it happen! He was great person to deal with and very easy transaction.

PJ was great to work with

PJ Singh was great to deal with! He was friendly, easy going and not at all pushy. He understood what we were looking for and we got exactly what we wanted. He made the whole car buying experience easy and stress free.

Thorough, honest, easy to deal with!!

Everyone at Greenwich Honda was always so nice and willing to help. Christian always had open appointments and the BEST service I have ever received at a dealership. He was thorough, honest, easy to deal with, know Hondas inside and out. He extended every courtesy I could ever want in an efficient manner!!!

Seasoned Honda Owner

As a seasoned Honda owner, I trust Greenwich Honda. My first purchase was in 2007 with a baby blue CRV exl, with only 59,000 miles driven on it, I was rear-ended and the car was not repairable. I ended up leasing a new 2014 CRV exl. and it is a beauty. I love the color-- burgundy, overall the gas mileage and the feel of the car, but most importantly I trusted the dealership. Greenwich Honda has a fantastic sales manager, Scott Jordan including the service staff. I will continue to purchase all my vehicles and oil changes and repairs there. They are knowledgeable, fair and caring professionals.

This young man and his inexcusable profanity

This young man is very impatient, and is not genuine in the least bit. I am well experienced in this field, so I am very much aware of actual pricings when it comes to vehicles. When I questioned the price(s) he offered me, hinting that it couldn't be 100% legitimate, he gave me a stern tone and became extremely defensive. I asked to speak to the manager, and as he walked away, I heard an inexcusable "f-bomb" dropped. Someone please get this man under control. I come to the dealership to spend a good amount of money, and this is the service that is provided. His salary should be cut asap, until he gets his act together.
