Terrible experience - arrogant sales staff

Terrible experience - no call back on sales inquiry - very arrogant sales staff who likes to insult their customers (surprisingly in emails as well!) if they care for value from their investments and are exploring alternative options.

Devan Acura we’re above my expectations

I was very pleased with my experience with the service department. It was as easy as 123. I would not hesitate to come back. This is by far the best service department I’ve dealt with.

Waste of time

Saleswomen said that we would have a better chance at a deal if we went there in person and spoke to the manager. We went to our scheduled appointment, manager was not there and there was zero preparation or attempt to make a deal. Manager was actually not even there. A total waste of time that should?ve been communicated over the phone. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Will never go back there.

Didn't Quite cut it.

Went to Katie for a scheduled appointment with her and her manager. No car was ready, she didnt tell us that the finance manager wouldnt be there and she didn't take any time to prepare anything for us even though we spoke on the phone about exactly what we were looking for down to the mileage. Only helpful person was Dan because he seemed nice. General Manager Amy called to see what happened with the service and basically chalked it off as we couldn't afford the car and totally missed the point of customer service in general. So we went and got a car that was Safety Plus rated and gave another dealership our 4k and guess what? It was appreciated! They even set us up to test drive the car! Wow. Katie wasted our time. Very disappointed. There is something to be said about honest and transparent dealing and we didnt get that. Not at Norwalk.

Great Service

I just purchased an Acura TLX from a difference Acura dealership and was concerned about the transmission as it was shifting rough from gears 2-3. I brought it to Devon Acura in Norwalk. The service was exceptional. Nick (service manager) explained in detail what may be going on and the resolution. Nick went above and beyond to explain the details of the car and how it drives. I was thoroughly impressed. I?ve never experienced this tremendous service anywhere else. I will be a lifetime customer. Thanks Nick!

Very good customer services!

We found an used Acura MDX with the most inexpensive online. When we tested the car, and Katie and joe walked through with every issues and repairs that they had with this car. It was scrached before and minor issues. They are willing to negotiate with me when I gave reasons. We tested the car and we love it. We have had a pleasant experience there and we will go back to use their car services.

Great Buying Experience

My trip to Devan Acura was such a pleasant surprise for me. I drove to Norwalk to check out a used Acura I saw on Cars.com without much hope that I could make a deal with the Norwalk dealership. I was helped by Nick, a young salesman who made me feel welcome and comfortable, and who was somewhat of an expert on all things Acura. While on the test drive my car was appraised so we were ready to discuss terms when we returned to the dealership. The negotiation was as simple, straight forward and stress free a process as I could have hoped for. No tricks, stall tactics, or low - balling was involved. We struck a deal with no hassles and I couldn't be happier. I returned the next day to pick up my car and, once again, no hassles or delays. The paperwork was efficiently handled with no pressure to buy "extras" most dealers like to sell. I've bought alot of cars through the years and my experience with Devon was easily the best I've ever had.
