Excellent Team Service

Excellent customer service! Jesus was very helpful and listened to all of my needs and wants. Was able to help me find a car better than I expected! He worked hard to find something that I loved.

Ken, was awesome. He checked me in promptly and my vehicle was serviced quickly. Overall a nice experience. The waiting area is currently under construction.

Great Service

Anthony was very attentive and kind. I appreciate that the Ziegler Nissan dealership has never been pushy about getting work done. They inspect, tell you what they recommend, and let you decide.

Stay Away

I had my vehicle in for service. There is also two recalls on my vehicle. I asked for those recalls problems to be fixed. The dealership refused. They said they would call me with an appointment for the recalls, they never called. My vehicle still needs repair. I also had to pre-pay for a part, and I never received the part. I have to keep calling they have never called me. They still haven’t received the part yet I am told. I still haven’t received a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody.

2023 Armada

4th car I have purchased from the Zeigler family since 2016 (all in IL). I appreciate the relationship and believe their sales and finance team are first class. This most recent car was for my wife and three kids. We traded in our 2018 Armada for a 2023 Armada. Everyone is happy and excited; thank you Orland Park Zeigler Nissan!

I never had a better service anyware else before

Very good service, quality work, fast and professional, everyone there was friendly, I was explained of work to be performed and upfront cost I truly will recommend to all my friends a special thanks to Mr Kevin and Mr Austin that made my experience there an enjoyable one
