I worked with Barry Pasqualini and I cannot stress enough

I worked with Barry Pasqualini and I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing experience I had. Barry was very knowledgeable, kind, personable, and inviting. He answered all of our questions and left me feeling great about our new truck. Stamford Ford has great dealers who take their time and make the customers feel confident and secure. I did not feel rushed at all and the process was very clear. I will definitely recommend Barry to everyone I know.

I would not recommend this dealership for used cars.

I would not recommend this dealership for used cars. They sold me a used car with battery issues, but told me that the issue was just a software update that could be addressed when I connected to wifi. The high voltage battery was degraded by 41.1%. If the dealership had done it's due diligence, this could have been replaced under Tesla's warranty for free before selling the car. They chose to ignore the issue causing stress and trauma while I limped the vehicle to Michigan from Connecticut. A trip that should have only taken 15 hours took me 25 hours. In addition the car left us stranded on the side of the road in Ohio, 5 miles from a charging station, when it died with 11% State of Charge showing on the display.
