I recently had an online inquiry with BMW Bloomfield

I recently had an online inquiry with BMW Bloomfield regarding the BMW X7. The sales advisor, Nicco Alonzo, was quick to reach out, even on a Sunday, which I appreciated. However, my experience soon became frustrating due to a series of miscommunications and inefficiencies. After being asked to visit the dealership for a pricing discussion during the year-end sales event, I requested the window sticker for the vehicle. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay in receiving it. Once I finally received the window sticker, I requested a callback from Sales Advisor Nicco to discuss the next steps. I asked for a quote over the phone or email, but I was again encouraged to visit the dealership to meet with the manager in person for better pricing. I made it clear that if the dealership could not offer the price I was requesting, there was no reason to spend hours in the dealership. Unfortunately, the response was that the sales manager could not offer the discounts I was seeking. This experience was unpleasant, as I was repeatedly asked to visit the dealership, only to be told that the manager couldn't meet my expectations. It feels like a typical dealership tactic of asking customers to come in without actually being able to offer the deals they advertise. This wastes both the customer’s and the dealership’s time. If a dealership is unable to offer reasonable internet sales or pricing discussions through phone or email, they should reconsider offering such services online in the first place. In conclusion, the entire experience was frustrating, and I feel that online sales services should be more efficient and transparent in order to avoid wasting both parties' time.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! If you ask serious questions regarding a pre owned "as-is" sale. They can refuse your purchase. Interesting, they didn't want to do business with me because I'm doing my due diligence regarding the vehicle history, warranty if applicable and pursuing my own vehicle inspection.

Overall a poor experience.

Overall a poor experience. A car was requested from another dealership and took about 1 week to retrieve. The process of retrieving the car was very uncertain and the time it took was rather drawn out. Additionally, a deposit of about $1000 was requested to get the car from another dealership. Finally, after the car was retrieved from the other dealership the $1000 deposit was not accounted for in the sale of the car. Sales department had to be reminded of the $1000 deposit and it took approximately 3 weeks to get the money refunded. In the process of asking about the refund for the deposit several people involved made mistakes and could not prove the refund was issued. Additionally, the permanent license plates were significantly delayed and came after the 30 day temporary license plate was expired. Overall, this sales process was very difficult, time consuming, unprofessional and it's clear that there are many breakdowns in communications. Additionally, things are not executed in a timely or professional manner. The only reason I stuck through in the sale of this car through this dealership is because the process was already started and did not want to go through this process all over again with another sales person/dealer. Based on my recent experience and interactions with some of the staff, I would NOT seek this dealership for any future auto sales and would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a BMW.

We bought our first BMW from BMW of Bloomfield and can’t

We bought our first BMW from BMW of Bloomfield and can’t believe how horrible their customer service is. What a bunch of scammers! We bought a slightly used X3 with 9k miles on it. When we walked around the car with the salesmen, Laurence Olivier, didn’t tell us about damage to the front of the car and wear to the tires that needed to be looked at further according to the service records. He only disclosed it afterwards when we asked for service records. He told us BMW would rectify the situation and we drove an hour to have the issues that weren’t disclosed to us addressed and nothing was resolved. I spoke with the sales manager James, who said he just learned of the issues and would look into the cost of parts to see if they could replace them and he promised a call back the following week. Three weeks later and two more promises from Laurence that James was going to call and we still haven’t heard anything. They are scammers! Save yourself the headache and go to another dealership.

I reached out to this dealership regarding the purchase of a 2024 bmw x7. After confirming the x7 was available I made an appointment to test drive and purchase the BMW X7. After driving out there from Long Island, mind you paying tolls to cross multiple bridges and sitting in traffic, I was told the x7 was never for sale and not available. I set up the appointment with Dairo Ferrer & Rabiat Tijani. Keep this in mind when choosing to do business with this place, they clearly did not respect my time.

Worst BMW experience ever.

Worst BMW experience ever. They handled the sale of a lease return for one of their customers and lost one of the key fob's. They admit to the lost key but no one at Bloomfield BMW has returned a call or an email. Super unprofessional.
