Good buying experience. Dealer was firm on the sticker price. Outside detail job was great. Would have given five stars if the car was detailed better inside. There was still hair all over from the previous owner (I assume they had a long haired dog), dirt in the cup holders, and crumbs in the seats. I had to do it myself when I got home.

I found a suburban online with a quick search on Schumacher.com. I went to see it at the Livingston location. I did not have an appointment but I met with a salesman right away. It was exactly what I wanted so we filled out the paperwork. The salesman and manager couldn’t have been any nicer. When I came back to fill out the Finanace paperwork I did have an appointment and told them that I had to be out by a certain time. They kept with my timeframe and had everything for the car ready to go. I really don’t think I could have asked for an easier experience.

Once Lou determined my needs he recommended the perfect vehicle for me. There was no pressure and no hard sell, just lots of good information and patience with all my questions. I recommend him highly.

Schumacher Chevrolet is truly a family dealership, and they make you feel like you are part of that family. I came looking to buy a used car and Lou was happy to help with every step of the process. I was able to get approval with my “less than perfect” credit score and couldn’t be happier. Overall a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend this dealership, and my salesman Lou Puleo, to anyone!

Definitely would recommend buying/leasing a car here. Talked to Jackie about what I was interested in and the price . My choice to come back when some numbers were calculated and spent time with Ralph . We went over some numbers and then took a test drive and went over the Equnoxes features. When we got back we sat and talked to Sam about numbers I would like better and came to an agreement . Cory was in financial area and that was also a quick and pleasant experience. Ralph was wonderful and easy to talk to. After my purchase he spent time in the car to be sure I understood the features in the car. They get a two thumbs up !!
