DCH Audi Does Not Honor their extended warranty... We all know that mechanical issues can cost a lot especially on cars like Audi. Thats why I tried to... be a smart customer purchasing a extended service agreement. My car started to act up about 2 years ago. The car started burning to much oil, and came to a point that I had to add oil every week. My mechanic diagnosed a problem in the engine. Although he couldn't execute the job on my warranty. It clearly says if I need any repairs on the car and I live within ten (10) miles of the selling dealer I "must" bring the vehicle to the selling dealer. When I brought my car to the dealership they said that there was no problem with the engine. The problem was the breather valve, which they did change. DCH Audi representative, David told me if I put less then 2 thousand miles on the vehicle, and that the oil light comes back on. I should bring the car back to the dealership. Eight weeks pasted by and the oil light came on. I added only 14 hundred miles on the car when the oil light came back on. I took the car back to the dealership, they told me that the car had improved a lot. However they think its not worth trying to fix the problem because they have to take the engine apart. On the other hand if they had followed my mechanic's diagnostic from the beginning we would not be here right now, also for them to diagnose the problem that my mechanic had already done it would cost me $700 dollars because the warranty does not cover it. I would not mind paying for it. Although my extended agreement says otherwise. Furthermore if they take the engine apart the warranty wouldn't cover it and I would be stuck with a bill that's 8 thousand dollars, which again my extended warranty says otherwise. I am very dissatisfied with this dealership. DCH Millburn Audi failed to honor the warranty. It is a shame and very stressful for me to be going through this situation. I have lost my respect for this dealership. I would not recommend DCH Audi to anyone.

Dawn Mcadams is the best employee that I ever worked with. She makes sure that all of her clients receive the most attention as possible and she will go... out of her way to make sure that the customers are being treated properly, making sure they are being kept up to date on the services being done on there cars. And if the customer is unhappy, she will go out of her way to make customers happy. She is honestly the best employee that I ever met at any dealership. She is the only reason that I am a returning customer.

Great experience, got treated as royalty even though I was looking for a low price used car. I got a follow up email making sure all was good. I will... return when we need another car. Hopefully will work on a lease soon!

Best dealer in NJ. I found a use car from cars.Com, and went there, the price is same on the cars.Com, some other put a less price on internet. Mr.Kagan... Senol is a very good person, he took me for test drive, and only 30mins I buy the car. Also, no hidding fee. They show me all the fee which we must pay(such as MVC fee, tax, and document fee.), And only 1 week after, i got my plate. If you want to buy a car, try DCH AUDI.
