Don't buy a car here

I waited 2 weeks for a service appointment with a loaner car. 3 days before,I realized I could not keep the appointment. When I called the service department no-one picked up or returned my call (I left a message and a phone #). Finally on the 4th try someone picked up. At that point I was informed I didn't have an appointment!!! I was informed that the first appointment with a loaner available was in 6 weeks! of course no manager was available.

Awful dealership. Poor customer service and disrespectful...

Awful dealership. Poor customer service and disrespectful staff. Aggressive behavior and lack of skills. After having my car for 3 weeks to replace a sensor they charged me $150 to clean an old cigarette smelling loaner which had a faulty trunk, no gps and no phone charger. Horrible experience.

Classic used car sales... Bought a car and was told before delivery the dents on the hood would be fixed. Car was delivered without dents fixed. Over the course of the next 9 months was given the runaround by Shawn who continued to promise he'd get them fixed and finally ghosted me. What a huge pain in the xxx.

I wish there was a zero rating. They don’t deserve a one....

I wish there was a zero rating. They don’t deserve a one. My GF and I have been communicating with the dealer for days. We were waiting for a call back from the sales manager as we were working out the final details on the purchase of a used Q3. He never called back but we were assured by the sales rep that our appt is on. We had an appt for 2 pm and showed up promptly with a bank check in hand. After waiting for approx 15 min we were told sorry the vehicle has been sold yesterday! We drove down specially to buy this car. They didn’t even apologize! Didn’t offer other cars. Rude and disrespectful. Should have at the very least called us to let us know the car has been sold and not waste our time. This place is a disgrace to the Audi brand. I will filing a complaint with Audi corporate as well as car dealer ratings websites. I hope they get penalized!

One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my...

One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with in my 50 years on this planet. They will not call you back or respond to questions once you’ve purchased your vehicle. I purchased windshield insurance & they have yet to forward the account information. The receptionist are rude and will cut you off while you wait for an answer. Do yourself a favor & shop at one of the other Audi dealerships in the New Jersey/New York area. Did I mention that they lagged on registering my car where I had to go & do it my self? When they finally got around to it, they did not credit my registration cost back to me & pocketed the money. Completely untrustworthy, which when you’re purchasing an expensive vehicle is not something you should have to deal with.
