The entire process was professional and straight forward. Steve was easy to deal with, without the stereotypical salesmanship. We discussed my needs and he listened and met them. The entire purchase was done in an hour and he handled all of the paperwork. The financing process was painless and efficient and he had everything resolved and ready for my pick up.

I left dealership and called from another number and ask about same car do you have the car and of course YES WE HAVE IT. BIG JOKE DEALERSHIP.

Albert was fantastic. Popped in the night before after it was actually closed to scout a pre owned BMW and Audi. Albert was still there and was kind enough to show me both vehicles on the lot. Very personable and definitely knows everything there is to know about Audi! Working with Albert was fantastic and I would definitely work with him again, ive actually given 3 people his number. After the sale was done my CPO needed a few tings done to it Albert made sure everything was done and was in contact with me via his personal cell phone the whole time. Even after the sale he is there to answer any questions. The actually process of signing the papers and doing the financials took way too long but that was just due to the fact that they were extremely busy. Now im just waiting for a second key to be done but im sure Albert will have it sorted - ill update later. Thoroughly recommend getting in contact with him!

Communicated with Internet sales manager about a purchase and was assured car was in stock.Called to set up an appt.tk come see the car and it was sold.I was then told by the rep on the phone I should if checked the website.Are you serious?Oh yeah the Internet manager is on vacation,smh.Do not do any business with these people.

Steve Stoop was extremely easy to deal with in ordering a Q5. He is very responsive and accessible and gave a very fair price. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

He went an extra mile to drive the car from CT and make it available for me on a particular day of the week which was a great day/time for me to buy. An overall great experience. This was my second used vehicle purchase from Bell Audi. On both occasions my salesperson was Tejas Trivedi (TJ). Tj is friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He works hard to eliminate the usual stress involved when purchasing a vehicle by being very upfront and honest. I would recommend this dealer and TJ in particular to any prospective car buyer.
