Excellent service from the staff!
The service rep Joshua B. kept me informed the entire time about my repairs and the cost of them. The mechanic who handled my car Jarvey has magical hands. A job that was estimated to take an entire day or two only took 2 hours. This establishment is professional and mindful of the struggles that everyone experienced for 2020. I was literally fed...offered coffee....even offered a ride home so I wouldn't wait at the shop. I love this place.

My car despite being an older car is always taken care of, the service people are professional and helpful. I especially like the text updates and the service recommendations.

CROOKS
went there with an appointment and confirmed car (USED CAR)...The cheapest car that I had the appointment did not exist...They just needed people to come in so they can sell NEW cars or lease ones...

Do NOT go there!!
They put online random cheap cars just to bring people in and push you to buy new cars or lease!!! Very disappointed since I drove from NYC for over 1 hr in traffic! I had scheduled the appt. with Juliana and she confirmed that the car was ready!!! Horrible CROOKS!

Great group to work with from sales to service to body...
Great group to work with from sales to service to body work. I drive out of my way to have ALL of my cars taken care of by the gang at Hudson Nissan. Special shout out to Sal Sellers and the entire sales and service teams. Let them handle all of your auto needs... including all routine maintenance. It will be done right and at a reasonable price. Don't waste your time anywhere else!

The service area is so clean and comfortable for people to sit and relax while waiting for their car. Angie, was my service rep and she was FANTASTIC, nice, friendly and super knowledgeable. And the winner is Hudson Nissan. Hudson beat out Ramsey...
And the winner is Hudson Nissan. Hudson beat out Ramsey Nissan, Riverside Nissan, and Infiniti of Englewood. The stars (in order of appearance) are Sal (Sales Manager), Devon (Sales Consultant) and Julia (Finance Dept).I called Hudson Nissan after a not so stellar performance from the Losers. Sal answered the phone and I told him I was interested in a car lease buyout. After giving him my credit status and some general information (on the phone) he had my interest rate and approximate monthly payments in seconds. As a matter of fact it took Infiniti of Englewood longer (with me on hold) to let me know if they do car lease buyouts. Anyway I rushed down to Hudson Nissan. I was impressed by the professionalism,competency,and friendliness. Devon greeted me, asked if I wanted water or coffee.I felt they wanted my business. I then met Sal. He said I would pay Julia a visit to see what I felt about the numbers they had come up with. Julia answered every question I had in detail. Nowhere was there a charge of $995.00 for a 167 point safety inspection (I had 5,300 miles on the odometer) that Infiniti of Englewood said I was required to pay in order to proceed with the buyout. I'm retired from 45 years of high end retail so I think I can spot the winners, and the winners are Sal, Devon, and Julia
