We couldn't be happier! All the people we had the pleasure of doing business with treated us kindly and with respect, answered our questions, and were human beings (in a good way). We enjoyed our time, ended up with a WONDERFUL car, and they even called to make sure we were happy and to answer any other questions we might have. Buying a car can be quite stressful and overwhelming but they made it as enjoyable a process as they could..AND we were treated fairly and like we mattered.

This is my second time writing a bad review about Hudson Toyota. First was purchasing my RAV4 spend 8 hours as a cash buyer worst experience ever as a first time buyer long wait for everything… Second time was today for my vehicle maintenance just to rotate tires and fluids top up .spoke to a receptionist ask how long is the wait she said approximately one hour or one and a half hour, ok np .So I went was there waited for 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced can’t find a manager to talk to ,Service Advise chatting with other employees told me he was busy, that I have to wait for my turn was not nice to me ,then another Service Advisor saw what was happening ,then told me to go to the manager office and report him ,because he was not doing his job. had customers waiting long ,I was thirsty and tired went to waiting room customers laying down all over sleeping why ? because customers have to wait long for their vehicle I spoke to another customer ask how long he was waiting he also said 4 hours waiting so sad and disappointed i miss my other appointment because of this.

Excellent and hassle free sales and service. Everyone involved with my 2 car purchases were courteous and professional. Hudson Toyota has earned all my vehicles business from now on.

I had a great experience with the Service department for my 2012 Scion. I was lucky to get a next day appointment due to a cancellation, especially as Storm Henri hit yesterday. MIGUEL was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

Had a great socially distanced experience buying my new car. Some paperwork was done online, some outside the location and a minimum inside. I had a direct email and phone number to two people who would answer any questions I had super quickly. I wanted a very specific car and they went out of their way to find it for me! Will continue to purchase my vehicles here for a long time!
