This is the most unprofessional, unfriendly, and the rudest dealership I have ever dealt with and unfortunately I made the poor choice of buying a car from them. My sales person Peter Garcia, threatened me on the phone and when I tried speaking to a manager I was hung up on by Jose. Lobo. I should’ve known when I researched them in the Better Business Bureau and they were -D rated and all the complaints on there were consistent with what I’ve experienced which is rudeness, etc. can you imagine Jose lobo, a sales manager yells at me on the phone and then hangs up on me. After that, I proceeded to try to reach the general manager Wayne Shay and Jamie, one of the receptionist would not put my call through and would hang up on me. so I emailed Wayne and he never got back to me at all. Terrible way to treat a customer who just purchased a car. This dealership lies, like Peter Garcia promised me mats at cost, of which I have in writing and they would not honor it. I would stay away from this dealership. this is the worst most on friendliest, most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with and unfortunately I purchased a vehicle from them but never again!! Please do yourself a favor and go to the Better Business Bureau if you think this review is fake and you will see for yourself how badly this dealership treats their customers!

Bad faith business. Management and staffs don't ca

I traded my fiesta for a,Toyota prius and I regret it because no one cares about clients once fulfilled transactions at prestige and no one answered phone calls to solve any problems. My glasses was stolen from my traded car and to make matter worse, prestige failed to pay my traded car on time for payoff and sent less than the required payoff late which resulted of 350 dollars debited from my auto pay account and so far I'm not getting any results from prestige for my refund and I did notified prestige without nothing done so far. I had issued with the car where I brought it back for service and my coronavirus spray can was stolen from inside my after service from them. Manager nevertheless called me but responded from my review and left a phone number to contact him however he didn't answered phone call when I tried to reach to him. This is crazy and I don't know how this company existed because it's impossible to get in touch with them. Nice dealership but terrible business. Now, I don't know what I'm going to do because my temporary plate expired and unable to drive my car where I overpaid over 1.000 dollars for registration and prestige lexus does not seem to care about my documents. I have every right to sue them for reparation for lost wages in court plus punitive damages and monthly payment for November since I can't drive the car. If I did investigated prestige lexus in advance, I probably wouldn't dealt with them because prestige reviews is bad and most clients had issues with them that were nevertheless solved.

Not a friendly dealership at all, that’s just my opinion. I was promised one thing from the sales person, then after I agreed to buy the car, he advised that he never said that not a very good practice to do that

Dealership will wine and dine you until you buy a car and

Dealership will wine and dine you until you buy a car and then you are non-existent to them. My husband purchased a used Lexus from this dealership. After numerous issues with the original finance representative (Jorge), the general sales manager (Jeffrey) tried to make right of the situation. Salesman Rey Montes is the middle man and also doesn't return calls or text messages. Now it has been well over a month since his purchase and he's driving with an expired temp tag and they have yet to give the $250 that they admitted they owe from the deal. He can't get a return call or a loaner car regarding the expired temp tag. It is quite obvious that they just don't care about their customer's experience or well being. On top of charging a ridiculous amount for their doc fee ($799) and nitrogen tire fill ($500) and marking their cars up over MSRP or book value (minimum of $2-$3,000), their customer service is terrible and very unprofessional. If you want to go there for a car, be well informed that you won't be taken care of after you drive away.

Hi Everyone, I have read some of the posted reviews here (somewhat mixed) and I can say my experience was and continues to be a great experience with this dealership. So much so I recommend them to everyone and have already told my sales representative, Michele Hanrahan, to look for another used car; specifically a RX400 hybrid. Because of Michele and Jeffrey Miller, General Sales Manager, I was able to buy their used car (an RX350) that I had found for sale on the internet. In March 2022, Michele and Jeffrey did amazing job of getting me qualified for a car loan I needed to buy this car. What I need to explain is that I was a impossible customer, I had a xxxxty credit rating, so so credit history, the smallest down payment allowed, minimal income, and had been reduced to driving a bicycle in my home town of Toms River NJ (some 90 miles away). Yes, somehow they made it happen (Jeffrey had to have my loan shopped to I think 6 different creditors before he could get approved) and Michele also found me auto insurance after 2 recent at fault accidents. So they have my loyalty, and my fondest gratitude for making the impossible happen. So obviously, I recommend this dealership to all. Lastly, when I returned to pickup my car, I started talking to a woman in the showroom who had recently bought a new Lexus from them and she had nothing but awesome comments about being a continuing customer of this dealership.

Very shady business practices, do not trust or do

Very shady business practices, do not trust or do business with this dealership. Brought a used Lexus filled out the credit application. The finance guy, George, altered the information on my credit application when submitting to the bank for approval without my knowledge or permission. Then he told me that with my credit score of 803 the best interest rates they could get me approved for was 6.79% which is thru thier own finance company, not lexus or any of the major banks. They wouldn't admit but I had a feeling they didn't shop my credit application to other banks, so I decide to apply for the same credit loan thru some of the major banks they claimed to have run my credit application thru and to my surprise, was given a much lower rate. I'm very disgusted with the deceitful and dishonest practices of this dealership. Now I'm stuck paying thousand of dollars in interest when I shouldn't be

I would purchase from Lexus of Ramsey again.

I've purchased a lot vehicles. This is the only Dealership that put the car on a lift and let me look at the undercarriage. Maryela our sales rep. was awesome. I did purchase the vehicle.
