Great experience

On October 28th I went to prestige lexus of Ramsey in new jersey.I met with a sale associate by the name of Steven Glenwick who provided excellent customer service he was patient, attentive ,informative. Steven went above and beyond to assist me in selecting my future vehicle. Everyone that assisted me that day were very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I highly recommend Prestige lexus of Ramsey for anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Marlene.

Great experience at Prestige as always

I have been a costumer for years, the people that work there could not be any nicer. We were dealing for Kim how I have dealt with before, she had a family issue so her colleague Steve took over and everything was seamless as always.

Plus one service

I love my Lexus and always go to Lexus of Ramsey to have it serviced even though there's a closer Lexus to me. My salesman Imran is the very best there is!! Naiem in the service dept is wonderful. I always feel taken care of. Always plus one service!!

Worst customer service ever

Save yourself the aggravation, and go elsewhere. Once they have your money, there is NO customer service. When I purchased my car, they were aware I was from out of state. They gave me 30-day temporary tags and reassured me there would be no issues. After 3 weeks, I contacted them because my temporary tags were expiring. I was transferred to several individuals, but no one helped. I left 11 messages which included the finance guy and the General Manager neither of which returned any of the numerous calls or messages left. I was finally able to speak with the individual that handles the DMV paperwork. She told me there was an issue with the paperwork from “my other dealer, Honda.” Don’t know what the heck she was talking about. I traded in a Jeep, fully paid for and Lexus had the title. After pointing out her error, she “found” my paperwork but said it would take an additional 3 weeks to be processed. She agreed to overnight new temporary tags by that Thursday. However, the tags were never sent, and there was NO follow-up on her part. Obviously, my tags expired. Such incompetence. I wish I had read their reviews prior to my purchase. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are unprofessional, ruthless inconsiderate people who will say anything to gain your trust and money. Very shady way to conduct business

Steve helped me find the perfect vehicle that met all my needs, and his friendly demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a top-notch car sales consultant, Steve is your guy! Highly recommended! Contract: Make sure you get a paper copy to review line by line and ask questions until you are comfortable!!

Stay away

If you’re a woman, stay far, they do shady business and add-on items without your knowledge. When you try to reach out to them to resolve the issue, they don’t respond, you’re just a dollar to them take your money and go elsewhere where you are value as a customer.

Looking at used Lexus RX.

Looking at used Lexus RX. Asked what was there best price. After few days they raised the price $1,479, and then it was reported there were three accidents on carfax, not two as the report that I received from the dealership. Now it's being sold through Driveway.com.

AVOID this company - They put my three toddlers at risk

AVOID this company - They put my three toddlers at risk for months, telling us they had cleaned out a mold issue caused by a leak in the sun roof of our vehicle (purchased from Prestige). Beyond disappointing dealership and service. We purchased our Lexus GX from Prestige about five years ago and have been loyal customers, despite the sales team never feeling like they were doing all the work the way they said they did. The sun roof in our car developed a leak a few months ago that caused a mold issue. Our insurance company helped us through the process and even went onsite to Prestige to oversee the work at one point. They too felt that the service was extremely lacking, but we all held out the belief they were true to their word and fixed the issues. We had to take the car back last week as it still smelled very strongly of mold, an issue the service rep said was not mold, but was chemicals they had to use to clean it (5 months ago). Their solution was to just keep the windows down at night in our garage. Even our insurance adjuster agreed this was crazy. Tuesday the insurance adjuster went back to the dealership (where the car was) and confirmed it was in fact mold and the service team had not only fallen short of what they said they would do to repair the damage, but caused ever bigger issues rendering it completely unusable. They totaled the car out, something that never should or would have had to happen if Prestige had done the real work needed. I am not someone who takes the time to write a review, but feel like the public should be warned to avoid this dealership.
