This is an excellent car dealership. The sales team is professional and never puts pressure on the customer to make a sale, but rather works with the customer to get the exact car she/he wants. The tech team is excellent, explaining all of the tech features of the cr and being available for phone calls and refresher courses as needed. The service department is wonderful; and not only do they do great work, but they also send a video of the work they do so that the customer can see what was done & keep that for reference. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to buy a Lexus. Prestige Lexus is the best.

I had an appointment with a “master salesperson” at Prestige Lexus, which was leading my list. The irony of this story is the first thing I said to him was, “I know all luxury cars at this point have problems because of the advanced technology. What I am concerned with and am looking for is great Customer Service.” Early on, I asked him about a model other than the one I was sitting in, and he said, “It’s too much money.” xxx? We had never discussed money. I was also concerned about the size because of my garage so I asked him for the specs of both the model I test drove and the one that he didn’t want to show me. He said he would give them to me before I left. After I did a test drive, I commented that I liked the car, but was concerned about the power. I again asked about another model. He again said, “It’s too much money.” I thought we were heading back to his office, but he made it quite clear I was not going back in the building with him. He  said, “That’s what I have for you and if you like it come back. If not, I have nothing for you.” It was the second time he had said that to me. He walked away with no handshake, business card or anything. And I never got the specs of the car That I had asked for at least twice. Maybe if he wasn’t in such a rush to get away from me he would’ve given them to me. Lexus is OFF the list. Message received. I am not acceptable to them. I did not name the salesman because I do not need Lexus or the salesman coming after me or trying to sue me for hurting their reputation.

This dealership operates with zero accountability and no respect for customers’ time. We were given specific terms by their own employee and proceeded in good faith. After investing significant time, management stepped in, refused to honor those terms, and then attempted to justify it by saying the employee had been fired. Whatever their internal issues are, they should never be pushed onto the customer. The manager we dealt with was openly dismissive, repeatedly talked over me, and made it clear there was no intention of having a real conversation—only shutting us down. The tone was condescending, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a customer-facing business. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch: get customers in the door with one set of terms, then change the story once management is involved. Instead of owning their mistake or trying to resolve it, they chose to waste our time and treat us with disrespect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, look elsewhere. This dealership clearly does not stand behind its word or its staff, and management behavior alone is reason enough to avoid it.

Thank you Martin, Alex and Prestige Lexus of Ramsey for an amazing buying experience. We picked up our 2026 Lexus TX 350 Premium on Saturday and we love it! I previously had a deposit on a similar car at another Lexus dealer in Morris County. The car was in-transit when I put the deposit on it and got delivered to them while we were away. They were pressuring us to pick up the car day we got back because they have a “48 hour” rule which was never communicated to me. We were unable to pick it up until Saturday which was clearly communicated to them, however they kept pressuring us to figure something out to pick it up sooner. When I called the dealer and spoke to the Sales Manager, he told me, “Inventory is tight and Customers want the cars”. Disgusted with that dealer, I knew I didn’t want to buy a car from a dealer that prioritizes profits over customers. This led me to call Prestige Lexus of Ramsey to see if they could help me. I spoke to Martin and he was outstanding from the moment I talked to him. He was empathic and professional. He mentioned he didn’t have the car but would locate one for us. He was able to locate one within 12 hours and we were able to take delivery on Saturday. The best part is that they were able to BEAT the deal the other dealer gave me and didn’t have any bogus fees (electronic filing storage fee $399 and loan deductible fee $275) that the other dealer charged. Prestige Lexus of Ramsey provides honest upfront pricing with no extra fees. The buying experience was smooth and efficient. They also provided excellent communication along the way. They had everything ready for when we got to the dealership. They didn’t pressure us to buy anything else. I highly recommend Prestige Lexus of Ramsey. It is worth the drive from Morris County. Very pleased with the service dept. Took care of initial issue & did 10,000 mile service which they did everything from soup to nuts. Also took care of a recall. Waiting area was very comfortable & offered snacks & drinks.
