I have been a client since 1995 with my 1st Lexus an ES300. Hats off the the original owner and the key service management that that to this day maintain... the focus of loyalty to the customers. Customer retention is key to any successful business. Take 2 refers to Lithia Motors, the new owners and their General manager Wayne Schey. While still remaining is the outstang Service Director Michael Ceccon entrenched in the original belief of Omentenashi. As well as fix your vehicle rift the 1st time. Brought the vehicle in because of low tire pressure and from there found out my vehicle needed additional work. I was able to get it fixed without making... an appointment.
I purchased my new Lexus recently with Imran Khan. It was a very good buying experience. He is a very knowledgeable salesman and left me at ease with... my purchase.
Service department is terrible. This is the second car that I've had to replace all four tires, as well as front and rear brakes, before hitting 25,000... miles. Instead of offering solutions, the service advisors just blame the driver and say we "must be driving in bad road conditions". Follow up call with service managers was basically them arguing with me for 20 minutes as to why they're not responsible and why it has to be my fault. Emails to service department director and dealership GM were handled by the service director basically repeating that the issue must be due to "the condition of area roads", and the GM just never replied at all. Prestige simply doesn't care about customer service - while their sales team seems OK, after the sale you might want to take your Lexus elsewhere.
This was the first visit for me and the service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. As I got there the first person I spoke to was Joe and he was very... accommodating. Then my device guy, Mark, was also wonderful.
