STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! I went to purchase a 2022 Lexus ES 350 that had been in a big accident. It drove well and I decided to go for it if the price was right. After all, if my trade was in an accident I would be penalized for it. My trade was not in an accident. We negotiated a price for the 2022 ES 350 and my trade. I told them I needed to look at one other car before making a decision. When I had decided to move forward I returned and they informed me that due to "Market Conditions" the price increased by $2000 and my trade with the same miles was worth $2000 less. I was flabbergasted. I told them that other online dealerships were discounting these vehicles. Brian continued to xx me information he got from management. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Count your fingers before you leave this dealership...ALSO..I brought my car to them for an oil change and a new battery. When they brought it out the chrome was ripped off the sides of it. They refused to take responsibility and kept saying they would send me a video. I don't need a video. I know what my car looks like. They sent me a video of the UNDERNEATH of the car and the old battery on a workbench. I had to find the new parts and a body shop to do the work at MY expense...STAY AWAY!!! This used to be a good dealership but since renovations were done and new owners took over its AWFUL..and ALL the old people have left. That tells you something.

Imediatly called Prestige Lexus and the used car manager would do nothing and actually said i shoudl expect it with buysng used vehicals. please take this advice and avoid buying anythign from this dealership. They are why people do not trust used car dealers.

Although people always seem to leave bad reviews, my experience was excellent. Bought my car through Driveway.com. There was a dent on the rear wuarter panel snd Robin the sales manager called in the dent guy on his day off. The wait was a fair amount but it was a difficult job and it was fixed expertly. Robin was excellent on all levels, very accomodating and professional. I didnt have any experience with their negotiating or financing tactics but the car price was excellent and was the reason I travelled from Connecticut. I would do business with them again based on my experience.

Experience with Adan was ok.
Experience with Adan was ok. I picked up my used vehicle but I was only provided 1 key and was given no opportunity to learn about the features of my car. The FI was professional with no heavy sales pressure to buy an extended warranty.

I want to give a bad review to agent Aadan and his manager. I contacted Aadan before and confirmed that I can test drive a 2021 ES and take it to do a mechanic check. We came over today after more than 40-min drive and we were told it’s not allowed. They made up some excuse for that. But they could definitely say that upfront and then I wouldn’t waste my time. This inconsistency and dishonest practice shows how they do business and treat customers. 👎

Buyers beware!!!! I bought a car from this dealership in June and still waiting for title and registration after going thru two temp tags, I am being told they cannot legally give a third temp tag. I cannot drive a car with expired temp tag and they do not have eta on the documents. That brings me to the second problem, I found out a few weeks ago that the CPO car they sold has airbag problems from an accident they never disclosed. No record of this accident on Carfax!!! Now I paid $33k for a car I cannot drive for two reasons, mechanical (airbag) and registration. Both of which they give me the runaround. I also found out the reason they are not able to register is because they are learning of a title problem. Isn’t that just fantastic… I want to wake up from this nightmare!!!!! Buyers beware….

Leased a RX350 and expected a painful experience as always with car dealerships, but actually it was as easy as I ever experienced in buying/leasing a car. It was due to a very professional, honest and incredibly helpful sales person JIM HA. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the lease, answered every question I had, and outright a nice decent person. I told him that anyone who wants a Lexus should see HIM and would be glad to refer them to him. Thank you JIM.And also Richard ( I called him the PROFESSOR) who tried and tried to teach me all the stuff in the car. Thank you Richard

Put a deposit down on a 2024 GX 550 back in 2023 (told that I was at the top of the list). After repeated attempts to contact the dealer I finally heard back. "Sorry we only have two available, but they don't meet your specs. I said "ok", please keep me posted on the next allocation. Never got a call back and I finally had enough of their bad customer service and asked them to return my deposit. Don't waste your time with Prestige Lexus, there are better dealers in the area.
