Trustworthy
Just had an expensive job done plus new tires. Cindy made the transaction easy and pleasant. I have total confidence in Wayne Lincoln. I have only had one bad experience and that man does not work there anymore. It involved taking my car to buy food, which I happened to see while in another car. I then found remnants of that meal under my seat. The only downside this time is I had to leave car for 2 days to wait for parts and tires. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership who live up to their reputation.

Work was done timely. I was updated regularly of the progress of the work. I received a full report of the condition of my vehicle. I really appreciate the cleanliness of which the vehicle was returned to me. It was a welcome surprise.

Great service
When I went to service my a/c was blowing hot air so i ASSUMED it was the antifreeze and I told them to check and probably flush the system. Cindy came to me and told me the mechanic was going to check the antifreeze and I proceeded to tell her that it was blowing hot air, she then said that it wasn't the coolant and she was right. Cindy is very good, pleasant and helpful. Thank you to Cindy and to Lincoln Mercury of Wayne.

Auto Body Service Excellent
Brand new,2015 Lincoln MKZ was in Auto Body Shop for repair necessary due to a parking lot auto accident. Needed slight body work and also had recall service taken care o at same time.. Job well done, perfect color match, etc. Given beautiful courtesy SUV while car was being repaired Staff & Service very helpful

10,000 mile servicing of MKZ
I am leasing a 2014 MKZ and brought it in for the 10,000 mile check up. I hit a pothole three nights before my appointment and did not realize that it resulted in a bubble in my right front tire. Because I took out tire insurance, the tire was replaced with no charge to me. The Service Dept. is professional and service was prompt.

Fast Friendly Service
My entire service experience was excellent. From driving into the service door and being greeted, setting up when I was picking up my MKX, and the picking up my car everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. This was just a routine service, but the service was anything but routine! The only thing I am upset about is not getting vehicles from Wayne Lincoln sooner and having to deal with poor service from other dealers.
