The sales team was fantastic to deal with. Jim Branderberry did his best to get me a competitive finance rate and was even kind enough to help drive my car home for me. It was hard for me to find reasonably priced used car cause vast majority of dealerships in north bergen area are selling some crap and looking like clowns trying to sell you a vehicle in any possible way. C&K are really different. Except of great vehicles range they provide you great service from A to Z: from choosing a car to insurance and warranty plans. From the first contact via phone to the time I walked out the door with a set of keys these guys were nothing but kind friendly people. I had a brief interaction with Hernan, but most of my dealings were with Tom Sina. Both were extremely kind and not pushy at all. Tom makes you feel like you've been friends for years. He's considerate towards your concerns, honest and a straight shooter. I never felt pressured to purchase any car even after expressing my financial concerns and limits. I came in to look at another vehicle at a different location. Once we met Tom he began taking his time to show us different options. We got approved immediately on the Range Rover. But we thought it was too big of a purchase. Tom even recommended a Honda CR-V. After test driving we went home to think about it. Once we made our decision, it was a smooth delivery. Tom even had us come back to fix a tiny issue with the parking release button and has his mechanic checking the vehicle again. I recommend c&k auto imports, and especially Tom.

Tom was helpful, honest and courteous. Ed helped with understanding the breakdown of the payments. You can call them anytime and ask any question and they will assist any way they can. In the end I was happy and left with the car I wanted.
