They have amazing customer service and they are very honest. They showed us the car fax with all the past history of the car. When we tested drive the car Jim was very nice friendly and attentive. He gave Us a quick explanation of how to use the main panel of the car. Overall our experience was very good. They made it really smooth and they were able to work with us trough out the whole processes.

Tommy was great, he was very thorough in the paperwork process. Most salesmen don’t care after the deal is done, not Tommy, he went above and beyond what was expected. Very transparent and when there was a “hiccup” he was very honest about it. Took care of the whole deal for all the way until the vehicle was loaded on the truck to transport to my home. A few months ago I purchased a Mercedes from these guys i’m Not a big fan of used car dealers I was greeted by this young man named Tom I thought to myself here we go with an entire day of xxxxxxxx negotiations but to my surprise this young man was very honest and straight to the point we made a deal in 15 minutes it’s funny it took longer to locate the second key for the car I’m about to purchase another car from these guys they are amazing Didn’t think they existed in this business also Met the owner who’s a really nice man an old timer the kind of person that would do business with his word alone. I called Sal, the salesman who sold me the car. From the minute I spoke to him. I knew he was an honest person and a straight shooter. When I got there, he showed me the car and didnt give me the typical saleman's pitch. He showed me the car and didnt pressure me into anything. He was professional and courteous. I left.a deposit and 2 days later I went to pick up the car. It took like 45 minutes to complete everything. He was amazing!!!! Highly recommend him and this dealer.
