The sales process was so smooth and all of my questions and concerns were handled in a timely and professional manner. If I can add stars to this review I would. These guys are honest, upfront and no-nonsense salesmen. I didn't feel any pressure the first day I stopped by. They seemed to have a high quality assortment of vehicles in house and were not bothered at all by moving a few around to get yours up front to play with. They also knew when to leave you alone with the vehicle and yet they were right there when you needed them to answer any questions. Kind of like a good five-star waiter in a very fancy restaurant. I was also surprised by Tommy's knowledge of the particular car that I was interested in, given the fact that there were so many other brands there that one would have to know about. It was a refreshing change from the run-of-the-mill dealerships that tell you any old crap just to sound knowledgable and then leave you wondering. So if you are looking for a place were you can get a fair deal with none of the nonsense found in so many of these places, you should think about putting C&K on your list. I will purchase from them in the future. Nice job guys!

Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with in helping us purchase our first family car. He was extremely polite, helpful, and responsive. Although the car we were interested in was not one of the higher end, pricier models they usually sell, we were still treated as valued customers. Both my parents have purchased various cars over a span of 50 years and they both agreed Tom has been the best salesman they've ever worked with. This is only the second time I've purchased a car but I could immediately tell that Tom is not only an exceptional businessman but he is also just a genuinely good person. C&K was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I was considering using another dealer until I read the reviews for C&K, and they certainly lived up to the hype. Hernan is as professional and helpful as they come and there were absolutely no surprises regarding commonly seen hidden fees, which they had none. The price is the price and there is zero BS. 10/10 would recommend exploring car options here. You will not be disappointed.

I was in the market for a while, and was visiting over 8 different dealer's for this Sprinter. I came across C&K AUTO IMPORTS online after reading their reviews. I noticed the same name kept popping up "TOM". I finally made the time to contact the dealership. In no time Tom made my experience completely easy, and welcoming from day one. He sent videos of the truck so I could see exactly what I was coming to see. He was upfront, patient, and very knowledge. I then met with the Finance Manager Ed who was completely down to earth and not forceful with me at all. He offered me a great approval with his bank, and made sure I was informed. Sagi was also one of the GM's I met. He had no issue with teaching me about the mechanic's of the Diesel and even help me with replacing a light himself. I was very thankful he took time, even though it wasn't his job. If you are looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and welcoming Dealer's C&K AUTO IMPORTS is worth your time.
