I am Presently trying to buy a used car from them and o believe it’s a scam. They don’t call back they lowball my trade in by 3000.00 less than any other dealership. After reading these reviews they can take the car and stick it far up their you know what. I had a Chrysler before and hated this service dept so much I went up to the Englewood cliffs service dept where I was treated so wonderfully. I would never go back to Paramus again. I only went here because they had the exact car I wanted but I think it was just to bring people in. They had no intention of selling it. I had my preapproval. I was putting 10,000 cash down plus my trade in and the manager wouldn’t even come out to talk to us. He lowballed my trade in. This is the most crooked dealership around. I wish I knew who owned it. I can’t give it enough bad reviews. How do they stay in business. They are crooks. Stay far far away. I would be scared to deal with them now if they gave me the car for free. Aren’t they scared of all the bad reviews they should be.

You guys have the worst reputation I have read anywhere. I hope you go out of business you are downright crooked. I wouldn’t buy a car from you if you were last dealership on earth. And you better believe my reviews will be on every social media outlet including the better business bureau. You lie steal and cheat. Your a bunch of crooks and you will go down. All your review are horrible. Who will ever trust you. After reading all these reviews. No wonder it was dead in there.
This car dealership deserves a zero not even a 1.
This car dealership deserves a zero not even a 1. Watch out for their scams. Especially since I have read the same thing that happened to us happened to other people. They sell you a used car with only one key so that you pay $500+ for a lost key warranty. They also say they can only sell a car with warranties and then add in warranties that you never approved. I have tried to rectify the situation and for the last month and a half they have still fixes their mistakes. They never credited us the $2k we put down on the car. Stay far away from them. Poor business people. I call and send emails and they don’t get back to you. Or they say we are going to help make you a happy customer which is xx. Do NoT purchase a car from this dealership.

This is the worst and most dishonest dealerships I've
This is the worst and most dishonest dealerships I've ever encountered. First they (Keani,) falsely told me that the sales manager said that all certified pre-owned have new tires. Instead they sold me tires that have completely worn out and dangerous tires (1/32 and 3 are 4/32). Second i came there with pre-approved loan from but they lowered my credit report by making inquiries to ally (their bank) . Third, I called to complain about my tires, the sales manager (Milton) did not return my call for 3.days. Then when he finally called, he's angry and basically said he could not do anything. He falsely claimed that he gave me a big discount for the tires, but instead he sold it to me at the web advertised price, which was lower than the listed dealership price. Fourth they have not given me my 2nd set of keys. They are LIARS, CHEATERS, DO NOT GO! THEY WILL MISLEAD, TRICK, CHEAT YOU!

WISH I HAD A CRYSTAL BALL !
WISH I HAD A CRYSTAL BALL !!! If I could foresee my future I probably would have looked elsewhere. Having said that, I truly believe all dealerships are the same. MAYBE ONE DEALERSHIP WILL BREAK THE CURSE. If nothing else, please read so I can tell you my experience at this dealership. My wife and I arrived at this dealership early in the morning. I won't bore you with all of the details, but we found a car we loved and fit all of our needs. We agreed on a price and bought a extended warranty. It was late in the evening and we're just about to close the deal but I stated" we didn't even test drive it yet." So the salesman took us on a 5 minute drive. During our test drive we had to stop and get gas for the car. We also picked up a few red bulls for the sales guy. Kinda weird but ok. If you know new jersey traffic than you know we couldn't go over 40 mph. We signed the paperwork and we were off in our new car. Several miles down the road my wife noticed a severe pulsation when applying the brakes. It got worse the more we stepped on them. We got the vehicle home and brought the car to my local dodge dealership. They stated the front pads were very low and the front rotors were extremely warped. NOT GOOD!!!. Mind you we bought the car on a Saturday and that Monday morning I had brought it to another stealership to look at it . I called that Monday evening to the paramus dealership and they promised the sales manager would call me back. No return phone call monday,Tuesday, or Wednesday.. After leaving a dozen messages to the salesman along with the sales manager I finally had to resolve the issue myself. YUP YOU GUESSED IT. I had to pay my local repair shop to fix out of pocket. That Friday I finally drove the receipts down to the dealership where I bought it and what do you know, either someone was sick, or they never got the messages. I was told they will have the general manger "GET BACK TO ME". I won't hold my breath. So in conclusion , if you like to gamble your money or potentially your families life than stop in at paramus dodge. Maybe one day I will get lucky and hit a BLACKJACK at the right dealership.

Horrible service department.
Horrible service department. They are very nice but the service is horrible. They leave things on top of the engine. They break plastic parts. They disconnect wires but do not reconnect them. They give you excuses and do not do a thorough investigation of the problem you brought them in for.

I recently purchased a car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of
I recently purchased a car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus, and while the buying process went smoothly (unsurprisingly, since they were getting my money), my experience afterward has been nothing but frustrating. About a month after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered a nail in one of the tires. However, I had noticed the tire pressure was low almost immediately after buying the car and brought this up to the sales representative, VLADYSLAVA KOSTOVSKA (VLADA). She assured me she had personally “checked” everything in the vehicle and said it wasn’t possible for the tire to have been low on air when I purchased it. She told me to come in, but due to my busy work schedule, I couldn’t make it right away. VLADA never followed up with me to see if the issue was resolved or if I was satisfied. I visited the dealership two more times, but VLADA wasn’t there during either visit. Eventually, I scheduled a checkup for the car, and that’s when the nail in the tire was confirmed. Based on VLADA’s earlier comment, I had assumed everything was fine and attributed the loss of air to cold weather. However, the nail was clearly the issue all along. When I brought this up to the dealership again, their excuse was that, since it had been more than a month, they couldn’t do anything about it or bring it up to Jeep. This is unacceptable because Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus—not Jeep—should be liable for selling me a car with this issue. On top of that, VLADA never informed me that there was a limited timeframe to make a claim. If I had known, I would have made addressing this issue a priority. Despite all of this, the dealership has refused to cover the cost of fixing the tire. Their post-sale support has been nonexistent, and it’s clear that the only time they were truly concerned was when they were closing the sale. I highly recommend avoiding Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make it clear they are not interested in taking care of their customers once the sale is complete.
