Being from out of state, my car was fixed the same day it was towed to this dealer. I appreciated the quick response in having my car taken care of immediately.... I was called promptly when the car was back in service late that afternoon. The next day, Ralph called me earning morning to say car was ready. I feel that they went out of their way to repair my car because of my out of state situation.

As soon as i walked in the store I was greeted by the salesman Ray, and was given fast customer service. Mr Ray was quickly able to locate the vehicle... I was looking for and took me to see it. Without hassle he was able to sit with me and give me a deal better than what i had in another dealership. The whole lease process was thoroughly explained and done with ease by him. He made sure to complete the transaction quickly and efficiently. He even went far and beyond by helping to put my tire locks for me at the last minute. Definitely not disappointed in coming from New York to New Jersey to get the car of my dreams and excellent customer service. Great deal

A a new customer, I had some questions concerning my lease. After numerous calls and messages never returned, it seems that my salesman had left the dealership.... I guess they forgot to tell the receptionist or other employees so they could offer assistance. I have not been able to find out who is handling me as a customer during my lease term. I have left messages, if I can, since message machines are often full and sent emails. Never a reply. I even tried going thru the website for assistance. The website indicates " a response within 30 minutes" or the GM, Dean Redmond will contact you directly. This also never happens. If the GM does not return a customer's inquiry, then the staff will follow suit and also lack customer service skills. Mat Talmo was my salesman and seems to be the only employee(former) there with any customer relationship skills. Without Mat, our deal probably would not have happened since they tried to back out of the original deal. If they honor your agreement, is it worth the poor customer service? Once you sign, you can't get any further assistance. I also tried reaching someone as a contact person since I had 3 friends interested in getting a new Jeep. Still no call back. Business must be that good then!! I should have read these online reviews about the poor service then I wouldn't be writing this one.

It was crowded and busy but in spite of that I felt I received the personalized service I deserve as a long time customer. I would recommend the dealership... to friends.
