James went above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of my vehicle. I was over 1000 miles away and I felt like I was there. He did a very thorough all through. FaceTimed me so I can see every aspect of the vehicle and called out imperfections. He even took me on a virtual test drive. He also worked out the shipping details and I received my vehicle the day after it shipped. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase a vehicle from George Wall Ford.
