    Tried to re-lease another vehicle but couldn't come to an agreement. Four different people called me after I left the dealership but none of them had any history of the prior communications and in the end none of them were helpful but did keep asking me the same questions. While returning the lease, I had to deal with the finance manager Johnathon who was the biggest xxxxxx on the planet. He was annoyed as soon as I entered his office and became nasty and arrogant because I was not leasing a new vehicle. They wouldn't let me remove my plates from the car but wouldn't give me any proof of surrender to cancel my insurance. Johnathan told me it was my fault for leaving without the plates - even though I asked two people to let me take them-- and he further stated that this wasn't his "problem" and he couldn't help me. He refused to provide any assistance or a recommendation or any potential solution. He was rude, disrespectful and had the worst customer communication skills I have ever seen. I don't even know how he keeps his job there with such a poor attitude towards his customers. I haven't purchased a new vehicle yet but can say with certainty it will never be at this dealership! I hope you won't either!

    We were very pleased dealing with George Wall. Barbara P. was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely return to GW. Our car was delivered to us, which we really appreciated. Two of your employees - Charlie and Dave handled the necessary paperwork and explained all the features in the MKC. They did a great job. My sister in law loves my car and is considering a Lincoln for herself. She will definitely go to GW because we highly recommend your dealership. Thank you very much.

    The roadside assistance that comes with a car purchase leaves MUCH TO BE DESIRED. My car lost power. I was stranded for TWO HOURS on the side of the road, and the tow service didn't show up. I then called the Oceanport police for assistance because I started feeling the effects of the heat! They followed me home. My car had re-started but the service symbols were still on my dash. Once home, I received a call from the towing company that they were on site for 15 minutes. I received an invoice via e-mail for towing charges which were charged to my credit card. I notified them that I did not get towed and they should credit my account. I have not gotten a response. After 3 calls to George Wall Service, my car was picked up from my home and taken in for service. I received my repaired car the next morning.
