Great Dealer Bent Over Backwards
I went to Wall Ford with a payment amount and what I wanted in a vehicle in mind. I meet Jim Fallon the salesman and he spent 3 hours working this deal until he made it happen. Everyone at George Wall Ford went out of their way to make this experience the best it could be. They succeeded in every way!! I have driven Ford's all of my life as does my whole family, Wall Ford is my new dealer of choice. The salesman I worked with Jim Fallon is not listed below as a choice.

Repair service is always above satisfactory
Steve and other service writers are very professional. My issue is not getting a returned phone call after leaving two messages - one the evening before and the following afternoon when I called on lunch break. I placed the third call later on and spoke to the scheduler. No apologies when I stated that I have been trying to make an appointment for servicing my car, and left messages. That's not the best in customer service practices. And, not the first time that this has occurred. Everything else is excellent in this facility.

Took in for maintenance service. Advised a light in passenger compartment was on all the time. Did not check. Had to return the car a second time for the light and to turn off oil light for service. Did pick up my car and left me a loaner for the three day duration. Did appreciate that. Would have preferred some one call me and let me know the status of my vehicle. I had to keep calling them. Everyone was pleasant and the people taking and dropping the car off were professional and friendly. The car came back washed and in good condition. Overall experience was good.
