I am happy with the car but Not happy with the dealership itself I specifically said to pull my credit 1 time but ran my credit 4 times hard inquiry without my permission and which now impacted my credit in a negative way. Buyers please be aware of this horrible dealership.

A changed in their business model.
I have been going to the dealership for decades. They consistently gave me the best deal which is why I sent my family members and many friends to this dealership. In a recent visit I was very shocked that they no longer negotiate on their pricing and I believe they no longer value loyalty.What was even more disappointing is they offered me 5K less than another competing dealership on my trade.

Worst service I ever have
I got my second car from this dealer a brand new Jeep compass with a lot of issues and when we get it for service they keep saying there’s no problem with the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The technicians are so lazy because THEY NEVER FIND ANYTHING! I wish Jeep contact me.

I had a great experience leasing a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 392. I was able to negotiate the price, etc. over the phone since I live 90 mins away. Everything was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership and was in and out with my new Jeep in 30 mins.

Poor management
Went to buy a car wanted 5000 over sticker price when I was willing to buy on spot. No thanks gave this dealership lots of business in the past they have no loyalty and are crooks. No excuse for greed. If you allow that they will always treat you bad as you made a bad deal once and they have it on file and you will pay more. Think twice leave and get the right deal from another dealer you are not at there mercy unless you want to be I’ll treated and pay more than sticker

COP OUTS AND EXCUSES. the dealer modified headlights...
COP OUTS AND EXCUSES. the dealer modified headlights and taillights have been replaced three times now. brand new vehicle with 10k miles. dealership wont stand behind their modification. 65k jeep and the want to f me out of 350.00 it will be the last 350.00 they get i can assure you that.
