I just bought my 2025 Camry from Ian, and the entire

I just bought my 2025 Camry from Ian, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. He was professional, easy to talk to, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. No pressure, no runaround—just honest answers and a genuine effort to help me get the car I wanted at a great price. It’s rare to find someone that makes buying a car this comfortable. If you’re looking for a Toyota, definitely ask for Ian. He made the experience way better than I expected.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ian-Michael.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ian-Michael. This is my 4th vehicle I have purchased with him and he is ALWAYS professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me, not just making a sale. He answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be more happy with my new Camry and I highly recommend Ian-Michael and DCH Freehold Toyota!

We recently were looking for a used vehicle to upgrade

We recently were looking for a used vehicle to upgrade our 2011 Venza. We saw a ruby pearl Venza at DCH Freehold which suited our needs. Immediately upon our quick review, we met Ian who greeted us warmly and proceeded to introduce all the features of the car. When he heard my concerns of reaching the back hatch (I'm short and 82 years old), he asked what height I needed and immediately adjusted it. Our entire car review evidenced Ian's knowledge, caring, patience and professionalism. We made a decision to buy and Ian made the process painless and quick, answering all our questions (although he had to repeat the answers several times--due to our age limitations). So if you need a new/used vehicle go to DCH Freehold, ask for Ian Salon and you won't regret it!! 5 Star Review

Avoid DCH Freehold Toyota at All Costs – A Nightmare

Avoid DCH Freehold Toyota at All Costs – A Nightmare First Car Buying Experience I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at DCH Freehold Toyota was so appalling that I felt compelled to share it. This was my first car purchase in the U.S., and the team at this dealership made sure it was the worst experience of my life. If you're reading this and considering buying a vehicle here – please, look elsewhere. They should seriously consider rebranding from DCH to DCU – Delivering Customer Unhappiness. 1. Finance Team Harassment – Especially "Tommy Tu" I have never encountered someone as unprofessional and disrespectful as Tommy Tu from the finance department. From the start, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like he was doing us a favor. He tried to pressure and scare us into signing up for overpriced and unnecessary add-ons, including warranty packages and subscriptions we clearly declined. When we resisted, he deliberately delayed the process by two extra hours, claiming he needed additional down payment proof – even though all paperwork was complete. To make things worse, he ran multiple hard credit inquiries without consent, sabotaging my credit score and ensuring I received a higher APR. His behavior towards my wife was equally disrespectful and uncalled for. This man should not be allowed anywhere near customer-facing roles. 2. Sales Team Lies and Broken Promises Jessica from the sales team made a verbal promise of two free oil changes as part of the deal. However, on the day of vehicle delivery, she flat-out denied ever making that offer – essentially lying to our faces. If your sales process depends on misleading customers to close deals, that says everything about your integrity as a dealership. 3. Hidden Charges Despite Signed Agreement After signing the purchase order and finalizing the payment, we were suddenly asked to pay an additional $100 for DMV title and registration – a cost that was already clearly included in the purchase order. This last-minute upcharge was deceitful and completely unjustified, I had to literally escalate it to get it waived off. In Summary If you value honesty, transparency, and respectful service, DCH Freehold Toyota is not the place for you. Their tactics are dishonest, their staff unprofessional, and their approach to customer service is nothing short of predatory. I regret purchasing my 2025 RAV4 from them and urge others to learn from my mistake.

Aakash, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations, particularly as this was your first vehicle purchase in the U.S. Regarding the finance process, we take customer consent and credit privacy very seriously. The sale of any finance or warranty product is entirely optional and customers are free to decline them, delays in paperwork are never used as pressure tactics. As for the verbal agreement on oil changes and any confusion around DMV fees, we encourage all customers to ensure that every agreed-upon term is reflected in writing at the time of signing. If something was promised but not honored, that is not the experience we aim to deliver, and we would like to investigate further. We understand your frustration and regret that you walked away feeling misled. Please reach out to me directly if you would like to discuss this matter further. Thank you.
