Daniel, Nick, and Jose... Absolute dream team. Leasing a car at Acura of Denville felt less like paperwork and more like a VIP experience -quick, easy, professional... and surprisingly funny! I asked them to check why I was unable to permanently
I asked them to check why I was unable to permanently turn off the idle stop as the owners manual says can be done. I followed the directions in the owners manual and on YouTube. The Mechanic supposedly turned it off. At the first stop light after I left the dealership, the idle stop turned off the engine. So it seems they didn’t verify why it wasn’t working and just assumed I did it incorrectly. Either the instructions are wrong or the switch in my car is not working. The idle stop is one of the most annoying and useless features ever built into cars. It is my car, I should be able to turn it off. Also, I’m sure all the extra stoping and starting of the engine is not good for the engine nor is it good for the starter.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Bernardo was patient and funny, but more importantly, he did not pressure. Jose (finance) was just as wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership as the people are top notch!
