I liked third Facility the moment I walked in though my contact had stepped away for a while someone stepped up and took over. Peter Spiro took me out... for the test drive What a nice to meet ! After the sale I asked about a 2nd key and he looked into it kept me informed by email at one point I thought he was an undercover boss , He really puts his heart in everything he does really a PR person who has the Customer's interest at heart not all about making a sale .He is a great asset to the Company and I don't think I am the first to say this.

Friendly, no pressure dealing. Service is easy to schedule. The car is taken on time and finished when promised. Service advisor, Dana Skinner, has helped... me twice and both times perfect. My salesperson Pete Spiro is so friendly we stop to say hi when we're there for service. If we lease another RDX it will be because of the dealership as much as the car.

Excellent Service always ---car always returned clean and properly repaired with no extra cost added on. Front desk quick to respond to requests and especially... friendly. Dana is always ready to leave her desk if you need something special. Bill the mechanic listens and gives a reasonable explanation and potential need for service.

I was delightfully surprised during this virus epidemic with the ability to quickly turn around my leased MDX. I have had many leased MDXs from this dealership... and this was terrific service. We talked about the return opportunity this morning and the car was picked up by me in mid-afternoon. The price was quoted, adjustments were made, Insurance covered and the deal was final.
