I had an excellent experience with Jeep Service thanks to Briana Anne and Courtney. Both were truly exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful service visit completely seamless. Their attention to detail and customer-first attitude really stood out. Service dept is terrible!

Service dept is terrible! Had an appointment for 8:00am and they held my jeep for almost 2 days without looking at it. I had to call mult times only to be given the runaround and flat out lied too.Then they charged me $225 for a 10 min diagnosis didn’t offer any kind of discount or even an apology. I couldn’t even see a service manager as they pushed it to the very end of the day. The only way to get my Jeep back that night was to pay the cashier… What a racket . I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and I will NEVER be back again for anything. Shameful!

When our Jeep engine had a major issue, Johnson Dodge

When our Jeep engine had a major issue, Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep quickly checked into what they could do to help us looking into warranty coverage and taking care of it all from start to finish! Briana oversaw each step of the process, keeping us up to speed on the progress until completion! This was the second of two jeeps she handled in the service department and both cars while in the service department were handled with professionalism, care, and overall top quality management! I cannot thank Briana and the service team who worked on our Jeeps enough for all they did! Briana is top notch and a priceless member of Johnson’s service team!
