Service dept is terrible!
Service dept is terrible! Had an appointment for 8:00am and they held my jeep for almost 2 days without looking at it. I had to call mult times only to be given the runaround and flat out lied too.Then they charged me $225 for a 10 min diagnosis didn’t offer any kind of discount or even an apology. I couldn’t even see a service manager as they pushed it to the very end of the day. The only way to get my Jeep back that night was to pay the cashier… What a racket . I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and I will NEVER be back again for anything. Shameful!
