David was excellent to work.

David was excellent to work. Made the process easy and left there very satisfied. Mark was very helpful in finance and Anthony in Insurance. Also thought is was very professional to have John the owner introduce himself. He was very kind. I would definitely recommend family and friends. Thank you to all for making my experience and purchase wonderful.

I lease my jeep on 2019 , is a jeep gladiator overland

I lease my jeep on 2019 , is a jeep gladiator overland 2020 i ended my lease last December 2023 so I bought the vehicle because I don't have other options they want me to pay higher prices if i want to trade for another vehicle. The manager there a Jonhson dodge Chrysler budd lake is horrible he sale my jeep for more 40k so now my jeep not even have years and the engine is gone. I need to replace the whole engine and a lot parts of the bad engine cause problem, so the cost of the is more 11k how come a new vehicle not even 4yesrs engine is gone is just ridiculous. I went to that dealer looking for help you know they can buy the vehicle and replace for another vehicle for me but the seller guy did what he can but the manager as a horrible person said I owe to much still on my vehicle yes I do Why because he sale the vehicle on a very high price he told me to put gap insurance why because he knows the vehicle value it was higher than the normal cost, so now I'm need help from him he denied. Don't buy vehicle from the dealership and thinking twice to buy a jeep gladiator overland because before 4 years the engine is going to broke down. Now I have my jeep sitting on my driveway making bank payments and I can use. Is ridiculous how come the dealership can help if i brought the jeep brand new from them. I'm very disappointed with the jeep brand be aware search before going to the dealership my mechanic that jeep they building with a very cheap engine materials so not even last 4 years. Becareful buying a jeep special from Jonhson dodge Chrysler in budd lake. I will like some help from them but he refused seeing i brought the jeep brand new from there and I lpay the whole 3 years leas then I bought it last December of course higher price he put it because I check and my jeep not cost what I'm paying for. Well i just want to everybody be aware with the jeep gladiator overland the engine is sucks and not last even 4 years so Becareful And not buy from Jonhson dodge Chrysler in budd lake they are horrible was my very bad experience. 😡
