I bought a vehicle here. The check engine light came on at 8,000 and then again at 16,000. I've had it back eight times and they can't seem... to fix it, each time telling me it's something different. They are unresponsive and even offered a drop off/pick up service after this happened so many times, but then "forgot" to pick me up. When I call, they put me through to voicemail and don't return my calls. Horrible customer service. And the buying process was not much better. I had to wait hours after I agreed on a number to purchase to sign the paperwork to finalize the deal (which is a known tactic to wear you down and get you to purchase extras)
What ever happened to customer service? From the start, Tom O'Hare was a great guy. We worked out a deal together over the phone. I came to the dealership,... and they honored the price (for the most part). I signed the paperwork and after that is when the issues started. I have bought numerous cars before. I have NEVER not gotten a full tank of fuel. To claim they only put $15.00 worth of fuel in a new car is crazy. After spending more then $45k there, you would think they would provide a full tank but no. I needed to have an argument with their manager for them to do so. I get home and it is fin ally dark outside. I notice a scratch on the passenger window. I know that this was not their fault, but it was difficult for them to agree to fix it. When they finally agreed to fix the scratch, they told me I could go to their other location and have them fix it since that is closer to my house and they would take care of everything. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I need to go over there and their service manager, who is great, states he didn't know anything about this issue. He takes care of it all for me no problem. As part of the deal, they were supposed to give me a check for $3,900 for my remaining payments for my old lease. I was told I should have this check by the end of the following week after I bought the car. I called and they stated the deal is not funded yet and they can not give me my check yet, it should only be a few more days. After another week, still no check... Turns out they messed up my contract and I need to come in to sign a new one. I stated that I will not sign a new contract until after I receive my check first. Finally, I sign the new contract and now am at day 32 and still do not have my license plates. My temporary license plates are expired an they claim to have over-night FedEx them to me, yet I have not received them. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Customer service is a term that they seemed to have lost somewhere along the way.

One may want to consider Johnson Automotive Group for your next vehicle. I have purchased one and leased another from Tom O'Hare. He takes his time... to ask the right questions then put you in the vehicle that is right for you. There are no games with him. The process is easy, all incentives for your new vehicle of choice will be given, and you will be satisfied. I do not understand why this man has not been promoted? Mr. Johnson, promote Tom. Previously had a bad experience at this location and wasn't sure I wanted to return here when it was time to enter a new lease and turn in my old... one. Thanks to sales consultant Nick Zavros, it was the easiest experience I have ever had in a car dealership. He was polite and professional and really went above and beyond to meet all of my needs, and checked off all components of my wish list and then some! Hoping he is still there three years from now when it is time to repeat the process. Couldn't be happier with the service I was provided!

Drove 2 hours because they said they could get the color Jeep Wrangler I wanted in 2 days. Meanwhile the car was in transit to another dealership with... no ETA. Dave just wanted to manipulate me into getting something I didn’t want from their lot. And then he lied and said he never told me that in phone. How pathetic do you have to be to do that. I walked out not going to manipulate me. Picked the wrong person for that. Never recommend or go back here again . Beware

Overall, we are very very happy. After going several years with no car payments, it is a big jump for us. Make sure you find Tom O'Hare!

So my moms car was recently totaled in a accident with a deer and we were all sharing cars for the time being. I knew what my mom was looking for, but... I also knew she didn't have time to spend at dealerships. I saw an ad for a great Hyundai entourage minivan.... Power sliding doors, DVD entertainment for the kids heated seats and infinity surround sound system. I went to the dealer to inquire about the car. Turns out they have multiple locations and the van was at their farthest location. Not to worry. They said come back in two days they'll have it here when I arrive. So I told my mom about it and we drove out to see it. She was very hesitant about a dealership but she loved the car. They even worked with us on the price and we saved $900 off list price. Two years later we still have the car and it's a strong running member of our family. Thanks Johnson Dodge for a great experience. Next time we need a used car we'll think of you guys.

Tom our sales guy was the most honest ,kind hearted , trustworthy sales person I have ever felt with during a car buying process not only did I feel like... he listened to my wants and needs but he was very down to earth guy that bent over backwards to get me the Jeep I wanted my experience with Johnson Jeep is five stars cause of there friendly staff clean easy accessible lot and how hard they worked to get me my car that fit my budget I highly recommend them and I highly recommend tom thank you for my2015 Jeep Cherokee limited
