Customer Service from Associate, Briana, was absolutely exemplary. Service Tech. showed great effort in attempting to solve a software problem with the infotainment system, Too bad Uconnect does not adequately support the efforts of the Dealership.

Brought it in for Express Service and asked for them to check everything out as I was going on a long trip. They inspected everything and said that there were no problems with anything. Have never had any complaints about their service department.

Please save yourself your time and money. Do not go. I went there originally to fix my air conditioning. After almost a week there I got it back and within two days my check engine came on. I had them fixed it. I paid. Besides in the shop yet almost another week there. 10 miles out my check engine light came on . I called to tell them they would not rectify the issue that they did clearly NOT FIX. They had the nerve to tell me a need a carbon cleaning at a 400 dollar charge to me and look it over again. Management did not care that the service I got was less than par or care to fix the situation. My jeep has 38,000 miles and dealership oil changes ( at another dealership)at the recommended time. Now I have to go to another dealership to pay and fix the problem they didn't but happy to take my money with issue not fixed or asked to fix it again. The jeep community is very tight and we watch out for others and do right to others. Just thought I'd share!

Great place to have your Ram serviced at. The manger Courtney and Briana took the time to help me in a time of trouble with my truck. They both went out to make sure the problem was solved and to get my truck back in a short amount of time. I wish other dealerships had people like them in the service area.

I highly recommend Johnson Dodge service department. I have been using John Johnson for service for more than 10 years. Their Service writers are knowledgeable and the service department is very trustworthy. In my opinion, they are probably the best CDJ service dealership in the area that’s why they are so busy. Anne, Director of Parts and Service and Courtney, Service Manager are exceptional. I usually deal with Briana and Jennie as Service writers and they are great. They at times are difficult to get hold of by phone because of this but they are worth it. They now are starting to text updates which is a big help. John Johnson service always does very good work on my cars. It’s the only dealership use.

Set up an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation on-line. Received a text to confirm the appointment the day before and bought my vehicle in at the scheduled time without an issue. Service performed promptly and I left in my vehicle about 20mins after arriving.
