Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

Went to Burns to check out the new 2024 Envision which just started to hit the dealerships long time waiting.DonHarrison was me sales consultant.He had my car appraised I didn't like the numbers this was a 2021 Envision sport pkg. with 33000 miles I told Don cars.com offered me more money.He took the offer to his sales manager who came back a better offer.Don did a very great job while I was finalizing the paper work he went to see if they finished detailing the car. This is the 4 Buick I purchased from Dom and Burns Buick great guys super dealership keep up good work.THANKS AGAIN TO DOM AND PIETRO.George B.
