I HAVE NEVER HAD BUSINESS WITH THEM. I NEVER WENT TO THEIR SHOWROOM, ON LINE, ETC. BUT THEY SAK ME FOR SURVEYS. WHEN I CALL THEY SAY "WE DO NOT KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED OR HOW TO FIX IT. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Burns BURNED me big time!!!
Made an appointment and drove 4 hours one way down to NJ to look at used Corvette. Arrived an hour late only to learn the car was SOLD out from under me. I am beyond upset. I made the appointment on one phone but was traveling to NJ with another. Arrived at the dealership and learned it was sold...after a 4.5 hour ride to get there. They claimed they tried to call me. When I got home and consulted my other phone, I saw that they had texted me @ 11:30.... only it was only an HOUR before I was due to arrive. (I had been on the road for 3 hours by then). I made an appointment per their COVID rules . They KNEW I was coming long distance to see the vehicle and they chose sell it out from under me while I was in transit. I spent 10 hours round trip to see this car for nothing. I sincerely urge anyone to think twice about doing business with Burns. Inconveniencing me meant NOTHING to them as long as they made a buck off someone else. Customer care is a non-concern. Run...don't walk...from this dealership!
I just brought the 2010 Volkswagen CC they just posted that vehicle Wednesday i drove off the lot Friday the car had issues and Heilem took care of it the staff there was very professional and courteous i tip my hat to Linda Heilem and Sam the car is perfect and runs good they explained and broke everything down no hidden fees i will recommend Burns Hyundai to family and friends

Burns Service - OK
After a previous bad experience with the service department, I am pleased with how my current service was handled. I was able to speak with the service manager AJ, who responded to my concerns promptly, and was assigned a new advisor (Will). So far, all seems to be working well with my vehicle.

miakacz Appointments? Pfffft! Don't ever schedule an appointment with these people... it means nothing to them. We had 2 days of email correspondence and numerous calls trying to get someone to talk to me about a test drive. When someone finally answered my call, he suggested I schedule an appointment for the test drive rather than just walking in, so they could bring the car around to the front of the dealership and have it ready for us. So I did. A confirmation of the appointment was sent to us. A few hours later, we get a text telling us that a person who WALKED IN, was test driving the car. A few minutes after that, a text telling us that THE CAR WAS SOLD. Why were we told it's better to make an appointment rather than walking in, when another WALK IN CUSTOMER TOOK PRIORITY OVER OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT??? This is some kind of double talk nonsense. I would never recommend these people to anyone.
Hi Mia - We understand you're disappointed your car of interest was purchased, and we do sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, we cannot use an appointment to hold a specific vehicle. When the walk-in customer came into our showroom, which you can understand we're unable to control that traffic, our sales manager reached out immediately to let you know there was additional interest in the vehicle. While we like to work on appointments because it maximizes the customers time, we cannot turn someone away simply because we have a future appointment scheduled on the vehicle.
