The sales person was warm and very friendly. He was efficient and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He worked hard to get us the car we wanted. He even showed... us how to get the Lincoln App on our phone. He was flexible with his time to fit our schedule. Could not ask for better service.

From the moment I brought my car into the service area, I was greeted by Larry Murphy and was treated with kindness. He explained what was going to happen... with my vehicle and also made it possible for me to have a loaner vehicle so that I didn't have to wait around. He noticed that I had my 2yr old grandson and we know how children can become restless after a short period of time. Even though my car was not ready on the day of service, Larry called me and explained the situation to me and promised that I would have my car the next day. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and I had no more tunnel sound from the Sync system. Thanks Larry and Ford! Ms Esther Chatman

Went to see a used 2019 Chevrolet Silverado that carfax said was a rental. Our salesman, Greg Somers, treated us very well and never pressured us the way... most car salespeople do. (He's the only reason there's even 1 star) The truck was what we were looking for so we decided to buy it. Didn't even haggle about the price much. It was decided we would finalize paperwork and pick up the truck the next morning. The next morning my husband was looking over the truck, while paperwork was getting started, and found that the truck had been used to haul crushed concrete and fill dirt and that the damage was hidden by a bedliner. (We know this definitely happened because he found a piece of concrete stuck in the bed frame. Whoever put in the liner didn't even sweep out the bed before putting in!) We had them remove the bedliner and tailgate liner to see how bad the damage was. As we suspected there was a lot of damage to the paint on the bed, the beds sides and the tailgate, from the dumping of the material into the bed and the shoveling out of the material. Some of the scratches and pitting was so bad it was down to the metal of the bed. There is no doubt that if left the way it was it would be rusted through in 3-4 years. We definitely couldn't accept the truck with this much damage and ask for it to be rectified. It was suggested that WE could spend the money to have the bed and tailgate sprayed to protect the bed from rusting. We didn't think, after spending over $30,000 on a truck that was suppose to need nothing, to spend more money to fix damage that wasn't suppose to be there. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. As you can guess, we didn't buy the truck. But what really has us agitated is.... THEY SAID THEIR JUST GOING TO WASH OUT THE BED, PUT THE LINERS BACK IN AND PUT IT BACK ON THE LOT for another customer to buy!!!!!!! Passing the damage and the cost onto someone else!! I wonder if this would be acceptable to anyone there if they were buy something they thought was in good shape? Would they pay to fix it? Any salesperson or manager who sells that truck without telling them about the damage should be ashamed of themselves!! And the OWNERS should be ashamed of the way they are allowing their business to be run!! And after reading all of the reviews on so many sites, I think they may have done us a favor!! BUYERS BEWARE!! WE'RE GOING ELSEWHERE FOR A TRUCK!!

The scratches beneath the liner were disclosed to the customer who subsequently purchased this vehicle. First of all I brought my car into service for a defect in the passenger side glass. While rolling down my passenger side glass i noticed a crack the started... inside of wear the glass and rubber meet to the middle of the window. Now my 2019! Ford Explorer hasn?t moved in over a month because of the pandemic.I one these customers that really take care of my vehicles. I immediately called my salesman about this issue on a Friday. He advised me to called Ford Service on Monday.!I called Ford Service and the service representative told me to bring it in. I brought the truck in and they took pictures of the window and sent it in to Ford. I got a call from them with conditioner approval to get it fixed. I was told to bring it back so they can get parts information for the window. After waiting 30 minutes the Service Manager called me over and took a pen point the length of the crack pushing on the crack until at the bottom of the crack wear the window and rubber meet caused a little indentation in the crack. He immediately said he wasn?t going to cover the crack that couldn?t be felt vin either side of the glass until he punctured it with the force of the pen. He said he wasn?t going to cover the glass because his department wasn?t going to have Ford charge his department for a glass later after he sent them back the glass. My Dad worked at Ford for 30 years and I?m 56!years old and my whole family and friends have been recommended by me to give Holman their business. I filed an official complaint with Ford and haven?t heard a word from Holman in over a week. This a been a very upsetting experience and my dedication with this dealership is definitely in question.

buying the car was easy. trying to get it tagged is another story. ipurchashed this car on january 21st and still dont have my tag for it. it has cost... me $20 for another temp tag. $10 for a letter i had to send back to your title department 2 days of missed work.i have sent copies of the receipts to krista vanciver. some one dropped the ball . your titling agency wasnt informing you that they needed more documentation.. my 2nd tag is getting ready to expire and still no tag from you people.i would like to be reimeursed for any cost that i had to incur.

I took a friend to purchase a Lincoln Town car to replace one involved in an accident, to Holman Ford Lincoln Maple Shade last week. After talking to John... McKeon, in sales, we agreed on the car and scheduled to pick it up a few days later after some work was done. After taking delivery, the Car was driven home, but would not restart. I called John & he had the Lincoln towed to their Turnersville dealership, where we got an understanding call from Bob Hughes, the service manager at Turnersville. As it was already late in the day, He said the car would be diagnosed & repaired the next day. We picked up the car the following day and we were treated very well, as though it was a brand new car. It was disturbing to have a problem on a car you just purchased, but previously being in the car business, problems happen, but the true test of a dealer is how your problem is handled. Holman is a very reputable dealership and we were glad we had made the decision to purchase there. My friend is very happy with the car and she will be an advertisement for Holman as she is a well respected member of Glassboro for 40+ years.
