had issues with the car starting in cold temperatures, took a couple visits to resolve, but had a loaner the 2nd time (took a week) to resolve, but service writer was on top of the repair with the mechanic.

Good service experience all around. No problems at all with my working there while waiting for my car. Technician Ethan was very detailed in the video he prepared going over my car and his recommendations. Advisor John McGonigle was professional and helpful as usual.

We found this 2022 toyota Highlander on Cargurus and the selesman contacted to us before we started the conversation i was asked him about the car price on the dealer web was $37,450 but when you go to the breakdown the price was $31,626 them according to his manager was a erro on the web I thought the manager will honor the lower price or work something between the number so we can have the deal done, i understand mistakes happened but will be fair and honest if they see my side as buyer and work with something but they didn't i will share the picture below maybe when the owner see he can reach me out, besides that salesman was polite.
