Just bought second Cadillac from Holman - very satisfied
I found a low mileage 2016 Cadillac, ATS coupe on line and went to the dealership and made contact with a sales person named Sean M. He was personable,... knowledgeable and, in the end, gave me a fair deal. The showroom and waiting area were immaculate, plus there was available coffee (the coffee was actually very good) and other drinks too. I would recommend this dealership. My only complaint was that when I picked up the car, it had been washed and was clean, but not waxed to my satisfaction. One other thought. Sean gave a very comprehensive description of the workings of the car and being as how everything is now electronic (very few knobs), his descriptions were very helpful.
All staff were friendly and welcoming. The work was done timely and at a high level of detail. We scheduled our appointment on-line, and staff were ready... for us when we arrived. The vehicle was returned washed and clean on the inside.

Cadillac makes my wait most tolerable with newspapers, television, drinks, snacks and multiple charging stations. And, I love the car wash before I leave.
