Good service experience all around. No problems at all with my working there while waiting for my car. Technician Ethan was very detailed in the video he prepared going over my car and his recommendations. Advisor John McGonigle was professional and helpful as usual.

We found this 2022 toyota Highlander on Cargurus and the selesman contacted to us before we started the conversation i was asked him about the car price on the dealer web was $37,450 but when you go to the breakdown the price was $31,626 them according to his manager was a erro on the web I thought the manager will honor the lower price or work something between the number so we can have the deal done, i understand mistakes happened but will be fair and honest if they see my side as buyer and work with something but they didn't i will share the picture below maybe when the owner see he can reach me out, besides that salesman was polite.

Excellent facility, staff, service and dealership!!! Customer service rep Tyler Worrell is professional. polite, communicative and an excellent representative for Holman Cadillac. My CT6 was washed and cleaner inside than when I brought it in for routine service!

This updates my review of yesterday. I finally received a list of add-ons. Whew! First a theft deterrenr package widely regarded as useless for $995. Then the dealer documentation fee of $699. The salesman told me IN WRITING that the doc fee is charged by the state. Rhen are 2 additional fees totalling $812 for add'l title and registration fees even though these amounts far exceed statutory amounts paid to NJ. Lord knows what I missed or what else might appear at closing. Please ignore the boilerplate response Holman Cadillac will make. This comment is written AFTER I had that "let's talk" conversation. Buy here only if there is no other car dealer on the entire Easr Coast.

Holman always provides excellent service when I come in. The team is friendly and helpful. I’ll be back when it’s time for service!
