Terrible customer service & follow up
Having commercial fleet of more than 20 vehicles and several more personal vehicles for family use, this was certainly not our first experience purchasing vehicles. My father and I went in February 2022, purchasing 1 truck for personal use and 1 truck for our company. After some miscommunication about the title & registration for the company vehicle, it has been a terrible experience attempting to rectify. Apparently the in-house title clerk I was previously speaking with is no longer with them, which I understand happens from time to time. I was never informed that the dealership was not going to help fix the title, nobody even contacted me to let me know to come pick up the incorrect title from them. After multiple attempts showing up in person, a manager Joseph Sabatini finally got my information and gave me his card telling me he would follow up with me personally… guess what, never even a call back. When I came in again today Joseph was absolutely rude and dismissive. After basically begging them to look, they found the incorrect title simply sitting in a drawer at the dealership, but nobody was ever going to contact me about it?!?!?! After spending nearly $100K here, they essentially told me I was on my own to fix the incorrect title, and gave no apologies for the complete lack of communication. Toyota trucks are great machines, but I would encourage anyone to purchase theirs from anybody but these guys.
Runnemede Toyota are rip off scammers
Turning in a lease of a Tacoma. Should have had well over $5k in equity. They offered only $2500. They are your typical rip off used car salesmen.
Holman Toyota has MUCH better pricing!
Do not do business with this dealership. After speaking with the internet scheduler and confirming that they would honor the price online, they tried to sell me their vehicle at $10,000 over MSRP claiming a market adjustment. You can go to almost any other dealership in South Jersey and pay MSRP. Save yourself a trip. Go to Holman!!!
She is very professional
She is very professional polite, she take her time to explain everything to you to me she is excellent God bless her, you have to be very proud to have employees lake her.
The part counter Manager had very bad attitude. I usually deal with Freddie who has much better customer services compared to his Management. Wrong person in the wrong position.
I had gone yesterday to see a 2016 corolla that I saw on cars.com. Owen had helped me out right away and got the keys for me to take a look at both cars. I had nothing but honesty from the beginning and it felt good to have that. I explained how much I had to put down and how my credit was, Owen and the financial manger helped me get approved for my new car that I love!!!! Will definitely be coming back
Brand New Car
Toyota of Runnemede was a pleasure to deal with, there Salesmen Mr. Farrell Caldwell was excellent with his professional service. I didn't once feel worried he made me feel like family.
Bad, bad, very bad experience
Bad, bad, very bad experience, signed purchase contract full price for the Tacoma truck, paid $2500 initial deposit, next morning did a bank transfer, after I sent a confirmation, they said the truck is sold to someone else. We had to rush to the bank again to stop the transfer. Paid for transfer and never got a reimbursement. Was told that they will refund the deposit within 1-2 days, in fact, it happened 3.5 weeks later, after I called them and remind. Shame, unprofessional!

Certified pre owned means nothing
Bought a vehicle that's certified pre owned, Clean Carfax. Later on discovered it was in an accident. To someone who is uneducated in auto body, they'd never know. I brought it to a shop to get a dent fixed that I did out of my own stupidity and the shop pointed out the evidence of the accident. One point being the huge amount of body filler they painted over. Tried to work something out with the relations manager. He said if it bothers you so much, trade it in for a new one. I should not have to buy a vehicle and start a loan all over because they sold me a vehicle that wasn't looked over properly. Point of this post, Certified Pre Owned means nothing. If it wasn't on the Carfax, it's not their problem because not all shops report it. Look over your potential new to you pre owned vehicles carefully and bring someone educated in body work just in case or you can end up like me. I will be making my next purchase at a different dealership whenever that time comes.
