Parts Customer

The part counter Manager had very bad attitude. I usually deal with Freddie who has much better customer services compared to his Management. Wrong person in the wrong position.


Great experience

I had gone yesterday to see a 2016 corolla that I saw on Owen had helped me out right away and got the keys for me to take a look at both cars. I had nothing but honesty from the beginning and it felt good to have that. I explained how much I had to put down and how my credit was, Owen and the financial manger helped me get approved for my new car that I love!!!! Will definitely be coming back


Brand New Car

Toyota of Runnemede was a pleasure to deal with, there Salesmen Mr. Farrell Caldwell was excellent with his professional service. I didn't once feel worried he made me feel like family.


Bad, bad, very bad experience

Bad, bad, very bad experience, signed purchase contract full price for the Tacoma truck, paid $2500 initial deposit, next morning did a bank transfer, after I sent a confirmation, they said the truck is sold to someone else. We had to rush to the bank again to stop the transfer. Paid for transfer and never got a reimbursement. Was told that they will refund the deposit within 1-2 days, in fact, it happened 3.5 weeks later, after I called them and remind. Shame, unprofessional!


Went to purchase new car

I want to thank Wayne Moore for yet again selling me the best car for the best price!! Wayne has always done his best to get me exactly what i want and i have never been anything other then happy!!! If you are looking to buy a new car please i would advise you to go see Wayne Moore at Toyota Runnemeade in New Jersey you will not be disappointed!!! Thanks again Wayne you have out done yourself again for me!!!!


Certified pre owned means nothing

Bought a vehicle that's certified pre owned, Clean Carfax. Later on discovered it was in an accident. To someone who is uneducated in auto body, they'd never know. I brought it to a shop to get a dent fixed that I did out of my own stupidity and the shop pointed out the evidence of the accident. One point being the huge amount of body filler they painted over. Tried to work something out with the relations manager. He said if it bothers you so much, trade it in for a new one. I should not have to buy a vehicle and start a loan all over because they sold me a vehicle that wasn't looked over properly. Point of this post, Certified Pre Owned means nothing. If it wasn't on the Carfax, it's not their problem because not all shops report it. Look over your potential new to you pre owned vehicles carefully and bring someone educated in body work just in case or you can end up like me. I will be making my next purchase at a different dealership whenever that time comes.



Both Wayne Moore, a sales specialist, and Mike Kapelus, the General Sales Manager, met all my expectations . They offered a fair price, delivered great customer service and provided an efficient buying process. The entire experience felt more like a conversation than a high pressured sale. I will be back!!


Made buying car fun.

Went there to look at Honda crv and frame in my truck.salesman was very curtious. Told me my options.gave me good value on my trade in.Sold me car a fair price.Made the transaction a pleasant experience. Wold recommend to anybody looking for a good deal.


No pressure used car buying

Thank you ?Big Lou? Glasper for an outstanding car buying experience. I needed a new car and postponed getting one because I hate the car buying/sales pressure experience. Lou helped me buy the RAV4 I really wanted by listening to me and helping me narrow down their vast selection of.used cars. I usually don?t bother writing reviews, but I really wanted to encourage anyone considering a used car purchase.
