Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Chevy Impala they had listed on line. Emailed the Internet Coordinator and the car was ready for me to test drive when... I arrived without given them an exact appointment time. The sales person was a young professional that put the deal together with the help of the used car manager for my trade-in. (Check the Black Book value before you try to trade in a car or you will not be happy. However, that's that guide book the dealers use for trade-in value.) And, the finance guy got me a better interest rate than what two of my banks (Wells Fargo and Bank of America) gave me in the pre-approval letters I brought with me. It was worth the extra drive. Great team of professionals. I highly recommend. But, always do your homework and be prepared to close the deal. You are in charge.

Other than wiper blades being to expensive, they did a fine job and are generally fairly quick.

I took my car for oil change on saturday, they charged me for oil change and filter however my car still says I only have 32% oil life left which is what... it had when i took it in. We are going on a long trip so i wanted the oil changed but looks like they didn't do it.

Bought cars and had service done here for almost 20 years. My last experience was HORRIBLE and I will probably never take my car back for service, I may... not purchase a car here either. Dropped car off for regular maintenance. Was told I needed a water pump and they would keep the car. Then told car was ready. Picked it up and it sounded awful, high pitched squeal and it wasn't running right. I couldn't bring it back right away. Returned next day and told there was still a problem with my brand new waterpump that I was charged $900 to repair. Was given a loaner (thankfully) Long story short, after 7 days my car was finally ready. I was never informed as to updates, I had to keep calling and the people I talked to didn't know what was going on. They would call back, They never did. I later found out the service manager was fired and a new person was starting soon. For the first time I didn't trust that they did the work they said or charged me for. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them for service, which is sad because Brian the finance manager is a joy to work with.

Called for a simple signal light replacement on 1/3/2018 and set a date for 1/6/2018 came in waited about two hours to be told they didn't have the bulb... and I would have to come back. The date was set to 1/13/2018 but we changed it to 1/15/2018. When the job was finished I was asked to pay $57.00 for a $10.00 bulb I can get at any auto parts store. When I said it was a lease they said oh never mind a gave me the keys, so no not very happy at all. I have other Chevrolet dealers nearer to me that can make me angry. So No I'm wasn't happy and still not, thank you so much, Luis Irizarry
The employees in the service department were professional and friendly while having my car's oil changed. I really appreciated the car wash as well.

After taking my 2017 GMC Sierra to Pellegrino to fix a vibration a couple months ago, I was disappointed that the technician was not able to feel any vibration.... Following my poor review I was almost immediately contacted by John Bartlett (Service Manager) who offered to take a test drive with me so that I would be able to show him the vibration I had while driving at specific speeds. He was able to feel what I felt and quickly fix the problem. I am very happy that John would take the time to address my problem in the manner that he did, and couldn't be any happier with his service department.
