I have been searching for a RC350 for over a year in a nice color and a friend finally found one for me in Atlantic City. Since I live over an hour away, I was not ready for the drive during the week and to sit in the dealership for the night. I called and spoke with Helen right away. I was able to purchase my car on the phone with her all during my drive home from work. She took care of all my paperwork via text message. I barely had to do any work. When I went to pick up the car a couple of days later, it was sitting in the lot with a big red bow. Helen was right there to greet me. I signed my paperwork and was out of the dealer in 25 minutes. What a seamless experience. It was so nice having everything done prior to even walking in the dealer.
