I just recently got into another lease.

I just recently got into another lease. We worked with Deron! He was very helpful! Everything went well except waiting to sign the paperwork! We finished the deal a little bit before 3:00pm. We didn’t go in to sign the paperwork until after 6:00pm! Y’all need a better system for finishing the deal!

Went for service.

Went for service. Great and quick experience. They even waived the cost of the gas I used on the loaner.

Had scheduled oil change and tire rotation performed.

Had scheduled oil change and tire rotation performed. Was very satisfied as, unlike other Toyota dealers I’ve been to, they didn’t try to sell I needed services to me. Would’ve given five stars, but the oil change took almost 2 hours.

I was disappointed in the labor rate.

I was disappointed in the labor rate. I watched unbeknownst to the service tech working on my truck. The truck was idle sitting for 3/4 of the charged time rate. Oil was changed and drive shaft lubed. About 25 minutes maybe Spark plug changed labor charged was about 3 hours. Watched it being done on YouTube in about 20 minutes by a do it yourself guy. I used to do my old truck same model. It's about that. Move some hoses and brackets on driver side to reach them. Jack was great. Took 10% off. I'll go to Toyota Tom's River next time

Took my van to the dealer because I though it was a

Took my van to the dealer because I though it was a better way to keep my van Sienna updated, changed the tired and they changed it but did not put any air in the tires. Also a seat cup on the side passenger is missing . Like someone took it on purpose . That’s so unprofessional and big no go. Lynda is. Exceptional expert . No issues with her . The problem is the people who fix the car .
