I was there initially for an oil change and then they
I was there initially for an oil change and then they told me I needed other stuff done. It wound up something happened and a screw was stripped and they didn’t have the part so they were nice enough to give me a loaner car until the car was fixed and the service advisor did keep me updated on what was going on.

Toms River Honda has a good service department but you
Toms River Honda has a good service department but you always feel nervous when the job is done when they give you the price of your service it’s not cheap especially when you’re on fixed income already,hopefully they would come up with a program of senior discount since you got the car from them and they are the only ones that service them.Just a thought,for the management.Thank you!!

The staff was great from when I got there at 07:30 until I left at 09:05. They told me it would take about 2 hours and it was done early. The staff was friendly and professional.
